OMG I LOVE THIS STUFF..I have a skin Condition called Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).Google it.. it's badIt's worse than cystic Acne. I won't post pictures cause it's in private areas.Ive suffered this since I was a 15, I'm now 38. After all the medicine, oral or topical, that I've tried. some only showed me what I'm allergic too. I'm allergic to Penicillin & Sulfate. It's been VERY difficult finding Anything that even reduced the breakouts let alone made go away.I've used this ointment for 4 days.. and even my OBGYN thought there was much improvement.now I must add that I wash my skin twice a week with "Hibiclebs" (Chloridexdine Gluconate solution 4%) it's antibiotic wash they use in hospital(found on Amazon). My OBGYN recommendes it to prevent infections.since using this ointment, again for only 4 days. The sores have reduced in size and some almost have completely gone.It Does Not Dry out the skin. though it has that Tea Tree smell. which isn't great. but I am willing to put up with it. cause these HS sores hurt and drain less amd less each day. I've not found any new break outs either.So I HIGHLY recommend this product for anyone with severe skin conditions like mine. And a little goes a long way.my only other complaint is the container is difficult to open. which the manufacturer should look into a screw on lid..

PLEASE never stop selling this product. My husband and daughter have suffered from acne ALL their lives. Between the two of them they have spent thousands of dollars trying to find something to help. This is no exaggeration. At the time I bought this my husband was starting yet another episode of a break out. He was starting to get a very large red pimple right on the tip of his nose. After years of being embarrassed, this episode just about pushed him over the proverbial edge. The product arrived just in time. After trying every prescription and OTC product on the market you can understand him not having any confidence but he tried it anyway. Well I witnessed what I can call without reservation a miracle. We saw this very large pimple started healing after the first day. By the third day it was down to almost nothing and in less than five days it was gone and there was no scar. NEVER has anything ever, ever worked like this. I can't say this enough. When another area started breaking out he applied the product as soon as he felt it. This once again worked. It draws the pimple to a head almost immediately and then starts the healing process. It may feel oily but it absorbs right into the skin. There is some redness when you first put it on but that disappears in no time. My husband and daughter have finally found help all these years.Please never stop making this or change the formula in anyway. PLEASE. Yes, I am an Amazon addict. Adding that to the fact that I suffer from insomnia will let you know that I have "added to the cart" hundreds of times. I'm not paid to tell you about any other product. I actually suffer from cystic acne (see photo) and I've been using this product for 2 weeks now. The issue with cystic acne is its below the skin and a bacteria issue. This product is for above the skin, and does not treat bacteria. So while it may treat surface issues (yet to be seen) this product will not make the cyst go away. I know because it hasn't went away for 2 weeks yet while using this product.

I have very sensitive skin and have a hard time with acne products. They usually dont work or are too drying, that I am left with wounds on my face that wont heal. Now that I've found this I doubt I'll ever use anything else! It works at drying up the acne quick but the miracle is that it is healing also. It reduced redness and inflammation so when the pimple goes away it actually goes away. It doesn't leave a red mark or scab for a week or two. I'm sold!

I have struggled with problem skin since I was a teenager. Now 50, I am going through a new phase, no doubt due to peri-menopause. I have been trying many different products, but things that worked on my younger skin don't seem to be cutting it now and I am dealing with constant, sore breakouts and scabs. I was searching for a "balm" to help heal my inflamed skin and stumbled on this. After about 3 weeks of regular use, I am noticing that existing blemishes are shrinking and I don't seem to have new ones erupting. It's a little bit greasy at first, but I was actually looking for something that had this consistency and felt like a balm, which is particularly soothing at night after washing my face and is fully absorbed by morning. Not harsh for those with sensitive skin, like me. Would definitely recommend if you have sensitive, sore, acne prone skin that needs some TLC.

My teenage son is using this and it really keeps the redness in check. It reduces the redness dramatically each time he uses it. He is still experiencing breakouts but the overall texture of his skin is looking much better. This is something he can use while he is home but not something he would keep on his face if he's leaving the house. It is completely clear but has a very shiny, wet look. The only complaint we have is how difficult it is to remove the lid. It comes in a tin can with a pop off lid that can be very hard to remove. A screw on lid would be much better.
