You use the sweetener Erythritol, why?

Definitely a question for the manufacturer, not the end user

How does this raspberry and lemon compare to remedy raspberry lemonade flavour? I find remedy tastes like blush cider to me.

I haven’t tried the Remedy Raspberry Lemonade but this isn’t as acidic as what your describing.

How is this filtered? The liquid is very clear

Thank you for your question. We filter our kombucha to ensure stability whilst enabling us to remain living and unpasteurised. The filtration process removes the larger particles of yeast but leaves a lot of the good bacteria that is naturally produced during the fermentation process. Once fermentation is complete we gradually filter away the spent yeast leaving behind an abundance of naturally formed complex flavours and acids. This step is important for safety and quality.
