Product support was awesome! shipped a battery and it arrived a day earlier than anticipated. Support was available immediately via chat and was very responsive. 1) it does not come with propeller guards (guessing that's because it's not advertised as an entry level drone.) 2) I did my calibration on a porch and that took some effort .. again newby so use that comment in context -- I would definitely by from here again.Update 8/29 : company asked for a video, next day itook it out, couldn't get it to work ... when I replaced the battery one prop would always run... even though I hadn't turned on the drone, couldn't do any type of reset. Drone became glitchy so sent it back (was going to exchange) ... now I see they're not available ... looking elsewhere.Update 8/30: I gotta say customer service is Great! I received a message from LE-IDEA that they re-replacing the drone. Updated this to 3 starts and when the new drone arrives, I'll do an unboxing. I have to say they are extremely responsive! Perhaps this was just a shipping/Amazon goof -- If so this will be a 5 star once again!.Update 9/14 -- Company Really stood behind their product sending a new drone once we found out there were issues on the original. (note this posting was a little later the drone actually arrived somewhere around the 9/8.) Again -- Great customer service and response.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my second drone from Le-idea. This one is significantly more advanced as my first since I have gotten more flight time in. I needed one that had a bit more features. This one has a 6 axis gyroscope to make it more resistant to altitude displacement. Also the video quality is superb with its 4K camera. Many of the drones in this price range are still only offering 720p-1080p. You can also alter the angle 90 degrees to get the perfect shot.This drone comes with a carrying case. I collect drones and it absolutely kills my excitement when I open the box and there is no case. At this price range it’s unacceptable when drone makers don’t include one. Le-idea gets brownie points from me for this.Flight time is right about 15-17 minutes. I also recommend buying extra batteries. I usually try to have at least 3 on hand to really enjoy your time in the air. Le-idea sells these for about $30 a piece. They come with an extra charger and set of rotors.The 21 features all of the features you expect to have in your drone. Headless mode, low power and no signal return thanks to having GPS. And push a button to automatically take off. Follow me mode is wonderful for times where you are more concerned about your activity you are filming than holding the controller.Overall a great package to call your own. It’s fun to use and remember to purchase extra batteries. Flying a drone is so much more fun with 45-60 minutes.

The media could not be loaded.  I've had this drone for 10 days. It flies really well and takes great pics and videos! It doesn't keep a flight log, which other drones do. It also doesn't track your speed. The drone comes with 1 battery, so I bought another battery and propeller blades for $30. There's really nothing mentioned in the manual on getting your pictures to a folder on your phone or to share pics and videos. From the app, you go to your pics. Then, you can press on a thumbnail image of a picture or video and select if you want to download to a folder or share the pic or video. Videos are 1280 x 720 without a card, but still look good.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my second Le-idea drone. I had a le-idea 10, and I was so impressed, I decided to upgrade to a Le-idea 21. LE-IDEA'S customer service is pretty good. They are very responsive. They try to help with some of the issues the drone had.The drone's video looks really nice and it sets up pretty quickly. The GPS calibration only takes one full rotation horizontally and vertically. The gyro calibration really needs to be on a flat surface. Otherwise, the drone can hold in a tight circular pattern.I have a Sony xperia xz1 phone and to set it up consistently, I have to make sure to not check the button to remember my choice to stay connected despite having no internet, but it works. The still photo feature is not that good. Most shots come out a bit blurry. It's pretty durable. I misjudged the height of a tree and got caught up in the branches the other day. It fell about 35-40 feet onto the pavement. It cracked two propellers and lost a rubber foot. I swapped out the propellers and it flew perfectly a few minutes later.

The media could not be loaded.  This device comes with a gorgeous case and looks nearly like drones costing over 1000 USD. I am impressed. Tomorrow when it is daylight I'm going to try out the camera and will post a video. I need to get a SD card first. It seems well made and for the price point I can learn how to operate a drone to get a license to do commercial photography. Big fan. I'm not sure why Amazon asks me to rate "warmth" but given that it has a case I gave it 5 stars for "warmth"...I'm not sure if they meant emotional warmth or physical warmth. It's kind of cute so I go with emotional.
