Used it only for scarifying so far. Strongly made, easily fitted, well engineered rake assembly. Collection box could do with being larger, as with all I have owned. This is probably a reflection of the amount of moss in my lawns. Well pleased with it's performance however as it sacrificed my lawns in a fraction of the time with my previous machine.

Ordered on Tuesday, the 9th. Delivery given as 11th or 12th. Arrived on the 10th.I wasn't in but it had been left in my designated safe place. Brilliant service.I haven't used it yet but it looks up to the job.Assembly instructions leave a bit to be desired. Very small print and diagrams. I'd advise going to the website and download the Instructions PDF. You can then print the relevant sections off larger on A4.The first item is very confusing - "1 - Attach the cable hook to the upper handle, 1 - Insert the lower handle into the knob." This is referring to the same item which is the lower handle.Used it yesterday for the first time - it gets rid of a lot of moss and thatch. Very powerful.

First up - Machine appears to be reasonably sturdy and well made. Ample power and pretty easy to use.I have only done a small section of lawn as yet as the weather remains cold - Frost at night, but the section I tried the machine on is well de-thached and the ground nicely scored. Will overseen in due course.Assembly was reasonably straightforward, but Instructions were basic and the PRINT far too small circa 6-8 point. Forty Plus years in advertising and marketing and I still ask ... WHY to designers always reduce text size needing a magnifying glass to read? .. Large diagrams with 12-14 point text would be so much better.My machine arrived on time, well boxed and packed - I suspect the unit I received had been returned and repackaged - The handle was already fitted to grass box, but recorded as loose in instruction book. Furthermore I had TWO Right hand sections to grass box, suggesting human error when re-packaging. Not a big issue with me as the remainder of the machine was - MINT -I emailed supplier with my issue and received a POSITIVE reply within hours.The supplier confirmed replacement item was en-route - GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE -Builds confidence in company!I will post a further review once I complete a spring de-thath and scarify - In any event it beats hand raking, especially at my age 70 +++.OK - Used the machine to scarify my 4 (Quite substantial) lawns..., VERY impressed - A really nice piece of kit! - Recommended - 5 weeks on from scarifying --- My lawn well on the way to recovery and looking SO much better !

Unless you have a tiny lawn the collector box is pointless. Our lawn is not big and it created 220 litres of waste so I just left the box off and raked the lawn afterwards.This is not an issue with the product, just the process. The box was very difficult to put together as the plastic had warped a little in the box so I’d just throw that bit away.

Great wee machine amazed at what it brought up!! just disregard the box that comes with it as the amount it takes up would fill it in seconds. mower over to collect after. very powerful motor cruised through mossy grass at a breeze.

Great tool for the garden, brings up moss and thatch from the lawn easily, took longer clearing up the stuff it brought up that the actual use, if I was to buy again I’d get a cordless one, only downside really if you have a large area to work is that you’ll need a good afternoon to complete the task

Have only used it once but it seemed very sturdy, easy to use and got a very satisfying amount of moss out of the lawn

PRODUCT FELL APART WHILE USING FOR VERY FIRST TIME. RETURNED TO SUPPLIER BUT STILL WAITING FOR ANY RESPONSE FROM BOTH SUPPLIER AND AMAZON. SHOCKINGLY BAD PRODUCT AND SERVICE.
