Well written, informative : my favorite book on neckties

The service was great and the book is a fun little read. But watching a video is much better.

The legendary book arrived very quickly and was greatly appreciated. It was in fine shape.

My boyfriend loved it. He loves gadgets and this kind of made his everyday tie into a gadget. The book was listed as "like new" and that's exactly what it was. I couldn't find anything wrong with it. I never would have bought this book at its list price of $60.00+. So, if you can find it used and you have someone in your life who enjoys wearing a suit and tie, go for it.

When it comes to tying neckties, there are a lot of ins, lot of outs, lot of what-have-you's. And, lot of strands to keep in your head. But if you adhere to a strict regimen, you can abide.Still, when a couple of mathematicians decide to understand ties, you get a book like this.Rather than approach knots based on what has been done in the past, they worked through all the possible combinations of movements, then focused on the successful ones out the 85 possibilities they tested. Note that all knots are for real ties, not bow-ties.I enjoyed the preface that delved into the history of neckties and other neck wraps through the centuries, and some of the preferences of the famous.The book does give a broader selection of knots than most people have heard of, making it easier for you to find one that will help you abide when you must wear a tie. This was a fun book to read and practice tying different kinds of neckties with. Would definitely recommend for the dapper gentleman or one who enjoys the more unusual things!

This is a pretty good book for several different ways to learn. But, the only problem I have is that some of the ways are the same thing, except for like one twist is different. I guess technically that is a different way but it still looks the same. Other than that it is a good book to have around and look at every now and then. I do like it.

The book is in very good condition. Just little imperfection on the cover. But fully new and not used book inside. And very quality and solid edition of this book.

Concise and fun little book. Those knots can be used on scarves too.
