Does this plug include the termional nut?

The plug does include the crush washer and cap nut. Depending on the application, you may use the plug with the cap nut installed or remove the nut to use just the exposed threaded stud.

Are spark plugs for on 2008 gsxr 600

These are not for that model. I believe NGK CR9EIA-9 are for 08 GSX-R600. I would double check and confirm that though. Good luck.
