I've done the review for the dark chocolate sea salt and this one is just as good. I appreciate the blueberry taste of this one with the crunchiness of the nuts. I also like that its ingredients are listed right in front and there are minimal ingredients overall. One downside for me is that natural flavors has become a really ambiguous phrase. What is it? Who really knows at this point. It provides a solid amount of protein but is somewhat high in calories. Overall I think it's a good snack that keeps me satiated and tastes good.

I needed something to provide me the following: 1) energy and blood glucose stability for my pre-breakfast walk and yoga; 2) relatively low glycemic index so I don't suffer from sugar blues; 3) decent protein level from an alternate source than my usual to supplement my primarily plant-based diet; 4) a healthy afternoon snack alternative; 5) no stevia or artificial sweetners, which taste awful to me. These bars fit the bill for me on all counts. I used to suffer from that woozy, low blood sugar feeling if I didn't eat something before my pre-breakfast workouts--one of these bars, and I am good to go, with no bloating or overly full feeling. I have been disappointed in a couple of the flavors that I have tried. Maple sea salt has way too much salt for my tastes, and the apple-cinnamon is not flavorful enough. But, I love the blueberry, pumpkin spice and peanut butter flavors. These bars are chewy, sort of like a soft Tootsie roll, and they do stick to my teeth, but I rather like the texture as it makes the bars feel substantial, like a decent small meal or snack. I love these bars!

I can’t eat dairy so that limits my options quite severely. This bar tastes great, seems to have only basic healthy ingredients and doesn’t have that “fake food” feel, tastes like a proper snack.

Delicious & no BS

The product tastes great but I am giving a negative review for packaging and shipping. The boxes were shipped in an envelope. They were smashed to the point there was no box left. Don’t plan on giving as a gift
