I purchased this for my husband who has many medical issues which include renal failure, degenerative disk disease, and a partial amputation of his foot. All of these along with recovering from Covid and having no energy have made him sedentary. This machine is great! Simple to use and with 30 settings he can choose what is comfortable for him. All he needs to do is turn it on, choose a speed, and put his feet on it while sitting in a chair. Your can see his legs moving from his ankle to his thighs. We've seen a huge difference in his mobility in just a week of use. He has a ways to go, but is well on his way to building his strength back up with the help from this exercise machine.

Easy to use, but im using it under my desk. The machine is tall, about 6 or 8in , whatever the dims that are posted, and my legs hit the top of the desk, if I want to lean back it's ok, but I need to be able to type. Have my arms on the table too. So it will probably work better in an open space. Watching tv or reading. I am getting a new desk and chair soon so I will see if its going to be a better fit. If mychair were taller it would be better. Its easier right now, for me to use it, 1 leg at a time, not both at the same time. I'm working from home and need to keep my legs active. I get swelling so I need my circulation. Too much sitting.

thie first 3 days i use this machine the swelling went down in my legs and helped my circulation what a wonderful machine. I use at lease 1 hr a day or more it works for me. i would highly recommend it for anybody having swelling of the legs and circulation problems but, you have to use it at least 1 hr. a day and let me tell you it is worth it.

We love this machine. I noticed something different after the 1st use. My head seemed clearer. I have bad knees and used it 1 hour and no pain. The whole family used it. Thank you.

The instruction booklet that came with the machine is not in English, so I don't know how to use it. I tried it out, but if I'm doing it right, it's wat too slow, but I won't know unless they send me an ENGLISH instruction booklet.
