Arrived promptly without any dings or scratches. Quite light to maneuver down basement steps and into place. Quiet solid machine. Not exciting but does the job at a decent price. Good purchase overall.

I've had mine for over a year now, and have had zero issues. Lots of space. Does what it's supposed to do.

Unit arrived with minor damage to exterior packaging, but once opened, it looked as if it was dropped on the corner of the lid. The lid hinge was bent and the plastic frame around the freezer box was cracked. Seems to work okay, just looks like junk.

I absolutely love this freezer! Holds a zero temp..no leakage and all the room I need..actually fits in our little apartment and is very easy to move if I need to.

I bought this for my parents they love it came undamaged and works awesome
