These highlighters were very good, the colors are very pretty last long on paper, highly recommend!

Love the colors. I'm not into fluorescent colors. It's really hard to find highlighters that aren't extremely bright. These fit me perfectly. Highlight without being "in your face."

I like the colors and feel of the markers. So far, none have run of of ink and I use them weekly. Light bleed through, but not a problem. Good value for the money and good quality of marker.

I'm a law student who likes to use different-colored highlighters to color-code my readings. The problem is that all highlighters I've encountered that are not yellow are too dark to really be able to read the underlying text with ease. I bought these pastel highlighters in the hope that they would be colorful yet light enough to still read the text without struggle. I'm happy to report to anyone who might have a similar concern that these highlighters work perfectly. The light, pretty colors don't interfere with my ability to read the words underneath. Now I can tell, at a glance, which sentences in my readings are from the majority opinion, a dissent, a concurrence, etc--something that, if I had used only yellow, would have taken more time to ascertain and caused me to stall if called on in class. The only exception is the purple highlighter. I do find it too dark and am disappointed about that. But with five of the six working well, I'm pleased. I will buy these again when my current ones dry out. One final note--I saw someone complained that the highlighters grab ink off the page and become black-smeared. I'm currently using them on a low-quality textbook and their tips have not gotten even a bit black. I feel bad for the person who was trying to highlight their ink-written notes, but in my experience, highlighting ink from a pen is always going to cause bleeding, no matter what highlighter you use. Literally exactly what you would expect. It's high quality. The amount of ink that actually comes out is low, so it might take a couple passes. The colors are very bright though. I like that the tip doesn't wear down!

I like these because they don't cover up what I'm trying to highlight! Other highlighters, especially the blue, pink, and orange are all too dark. The purple color in this set is still disappointing and too dark. However, I use it to circle things on my big home calendar that I might overlook, so I have found a use for it.
