It works!
Easy to set and fairly easy to bait. It's caught several mice so it works a treat. Not yet had any occasion of having had the bait taken without the trap door operating.

Effective trap but not resistant to corrosion !!
It works and easy to use. I trapped 8 mice in first week with this. only thing to mention that it is not corrosion resistant as claimed by the seller. bottom grill is all rusted in first week only due to mice doing it's business inside after getting caught and until released.

It works
Easy to use can be a bit sensitive when moving it into place but if you take your time and dont have a short fuse you should be ok lol, caught one rat (and an angry MF at that) and a mouse in 2 days easy to release aswell.

Sturdy
This is a very sturdy and well made mouse trap. I have two concerns with it. One is that the trap mechanism is extremely sensitive and very easy to set off. I think if a mouse ran in and simply knocked the side of the box while doing so, it could easily slam the door shut too early. There forms my second concern. If the mouse wasn't fully in the box when the mechanism went off, the force of the door shutting would certainly kill it, or cause it serious injury. I am currently looking at how I can make it less sensitive before I use it and I think it's something the manufacturer ought to look at. If they can cure the sensitivity, this would be an excellent mouse trap.

Patience will reward you
I was Not sure this trap would work but it did and we managed to catch 5 rats over a 9 day period :-)Very happy with it .It did take a lot of trial and error over the first 3 days .The instructions thatโs come with are not very good but YouTube videos with suggestions help out .There are no parts that can hurt you or the animal you just need to muster up the balls to pick the trap up and drive it far away (5 miles) to release it !Tinned Fish in a smelly tomato source worked really well .Good luck ๐

Worked first time
We struggled for weeks on end to catch a rat in our house using conventional snap traps. Got this one and just a few hours later we caught the little bleeder! Very satisfied :)

Quality product - No captures yet
I cant fault the construction or ease of set up, its a sturdy trap.Its been out in the garden for 48hrs so far, and zi think I've caught a rat ๐ but it has escaped. So thats good news for the rat, but not so good for me. The trap was located about 3m from where it was originally positioned. I can only assume that the huge mother hubberd that got caught has just thrashed about inside until its broken free, and laughed all the way back to its den.So if you're aim is to capture teeny tiny rats/mice then I'd highly recommend it. If you're trying to catch the big boys, good luck but maybe secure it down some how.. Happy hunting.

Works brilliantly!
Easy to use and caught a mouse with it on the first night so very happy.I only take issue with the price as could be a little cheaper for a small amount of metal, but still it does its job well.
