I bought these on the suggestion of a fitness trainer that I'm connected to online. Although I know resistance bands (RBs) have come into vogue, I was just a little skeptical of how well these would work for me in a home gym situation, especially considering I needed something to challenge me until I get my home gym up and running. I'm used to machines, free weights, and dumbbells, and wondered if these were going to be challenging enough in the interim.These RBs are no joke and trust me when I say this: When you get the Polygon set of RBs, using any combination of workouts/exercises, you will definitely be challenged. In fact, since I had not been working out for quite a while due to the pandemic (I'm not going to a gym), it was like starting all over. The good news is that RBs work you independently and demand more from your form than a machine or other rigid device.One cool thing about starting out with a set of RBs like this is you can basically go work out in a small space and, with no more than a door at most, you have a wide variety of exercises that you can do with these. They really are challenging.The only downside I would say is that they could be longer, for some of the exercises provided by one of my fitness apps, in order for them to work better; but I would say this only applies to about 25% of the exercises I've attempted to do.There are several nice features of these RBs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially if you were looking for something to take with you on a trip where you couldn't be guaranteed to get a workout in in time for the hotel gym before it closes (when travel is once again safe, of course). They're compact, quiet, fit in the provided zipper bag, and are very easy to manipulate.

I purchased my Polygon resistance bands a few weeks ago and received them quickly. I bought Polygon’s bands because they appeared to put more thought into the design of their handles than their competitors. I felt that if Polygon put that level of attention into their handles then they most likely did the same for their resistance bands.I have been using the Polygon resistance bands in my workouts for the last couple of weeks and I have not been disappointed. The resistance bands increased the level of intensity for my home workouts. They are also very versatile and will be great for traveling and working out in a hotel room.I have not had any issues with my Polygon resistance bands and I have no complaints. However, I do wish I could buy a second set of the handles only. Having a second set of handles would make my workouts more efficient.Polygon’s resistance bands are high quality and worth a try for anyone considering adding resistance bands to their workouts.**Update**I have used these resistance bands for almost two months with no issues. The handles, door anchor, and bands all work well. I have not used the ankle cuffs yet. I still recommend this band set to others that are looking to add resistance bands to their workouts.

This is what I need for my quarantine period workout!I didn’t wanna spend a lot money to buy something expensive and big into my house, so I was looking for sth small but full body workout. I thought about basic resistance bands before but they are not as good functional as this one because it can do so little. I like this one because it’s small and inexpensive, also its very easy to use with different combinations set when I need it. I mean, when I need more or less weight then I can adjust them easily.I also can take them with me when I go to the gym with me for warm up and stretch. It’s not expensive but helpful, so I like it very much!

I have tennis elbow and these are my bff right now. I use the door hang and work my arms every day. These are sturdy, great handles, they do the job. They come in a zipper case and easy to store. Can’t go wrong with these.

I like the product except the stitching on the black material at the ends of the bands that tells you the weight is very sharp, so much that when doing a military press it actually scratched my outer arm that it drew blood. Had to put some tape around the stitching so it doesn't happen again. There is a tiny pinhole in the plastic in the black band that I need to keep an eye on to make sure it doesn't rip when stretching in the future. I do like the ease of clipping them together for more/less resistance and being able to travel and attach them anywhere. Handles are of good quality. Overall pleased except for the stitching rubbing on your arms part.

These are terrific for my home exercise program after finishing my physical therapy after surgery for shattered shoulder and broken arm. I purchased before I had completed PT and continue to use them 3-5 times a week to keep my shoulder and arm functioning.

These are fantastic and what a great price!

Definitely a great option during or even outside the quarantine. I add them to my weight training by sliding the handles on the outside of an Olympic bar and works great! Time will tell for longevity.

I haven't had it long enough to give it 5 stars but so far it seems to be durable, it comes with several different weight bands allowing you to match your strength and capability.It's a great way to exercise at home and in a wheelchair ♿ you can use the door attachment or just loop it through the fram of your wheelchair for.the same affect.

Got this to replace the band I got from my physio which had eventually worn out, tied together & worn out further. Thought a full set may be beneficial, as I use it every day. I'm very happy with the quality of this set of bands & accessories, just as good if not better than the ones supplied by my physio. Recently Aldi had a set on sale, it was extremely poor quality compared to the Polygon ones I purchased, I'm pleased with my choice.

Rubber tube are alright, nothing special. But the webbing already fraying within 2 weeks of usage. Not impressed.

Good quality resistance bands and good value for money. Impressed with the speedy delivery. Would definitely recommend these resistance bands and shopping with Amazon is much easier than other sites.
