Does the trick for my old Sony Discman
I have an old Sony Discman D-NE510 from 2003 that my daughter has taken a liking to. I decided to hook it up to a portable speaker with an aux port so she can listen to her CDs. The only problem was that, while the battery life is great on the machine, it still needed batteries. I searched for the AC adapter for it and came across this compatible one.It works great. The only (small) thing is that it is not a native fit - it comes with an adapter on the end of the cord so it will fit the discman. Not an issue, except that is a piece that I can see getting lost.I like the long cable - I was able to place it where I needed without needing to have a super close outlet.
