Rudy's Coolant Filtration Filter Kit Compatible with 2003-2007 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel

Product looks almost the same as more expensive name brands, so I bought It since I could save a few bucks. But I didn’t realize such a simple kit could actually be so crappy. In the 17 months since installation, hose crimps are coming loose, housings threads are so poor I’ve resealed with gobs of Teflon tape and they are back to leaking AGAIN, and hose material is already getting stiff like you’d expect a 10 year old one to do. Spend a little more for name brand stuff- you get what you pay for on this!

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get a sinister diesel coolant filtration kit. Ordered one from them puked coolant everywhere. Took it off redid the Teflon tape still did it and the filter wouldn’t fit. Ordered another one filter still didn’t work leaks coolant all the time it’s junk not worth it.

this product leaks badly from the filter base. at first i thought it was the filter. so i bought another one. it still leaks. anifreeze. so i cant park on my customers driveway. and is a hazard too animals. . i emailed them with zero response..
