Good Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. Read through for all updates.I got it 3 days ago. The first 4 or 5 times it worked perfectly. I'm now having issues with the machine. It can seal fine. But when using vac seal, it now just continues to vacuum and does not create a seal automatically. I can hit seal during the vacuum cycle, however it then loses suction and seals the bag like that. 3 days it worked. Buy something else.Update: Contacted seller and I am being sent a replacement. Will update the review based on how well the new one works once I get it.After working with the seller, they were able to replace the broken unit with a working unit promptly. I've only had the new one for a day, but using it several times it's worked so far. If anything happens to change then I will update this review. Seller did respond quickly and worked to make it right. Do recommend customer service. The unit works well, when it works. I like the storage compartment that holds the bags, as well as the cutter mechanism. The pulse feature is also really nice for moist foods. As long as this unit holds up, it's definitely worth it's value and would recommend the product.

Amazing value in a vacuum sealer
I've wanted to get a vacuum sealer for some time, but since it's only for the two of us, we didn't need anything geared for large families. Along comes the ENZOO. The price point seemed perfect for us.I received the vacuum sealer the next day from Amazon. It came in a fairly generic-looking box, but that's how to keep down the prices as the box went right in the recycle bin. My first picture shows everything in the box (except for the vacuum jar hose which I forgot to place in the picture (it's just a clear plastic hose - imagine it's there). The ENZOO actually looks great. Very modern-looking and well-designed buttons and lighted display. To test how intuitive this machine is, I jumped right in without even looking at the instructions. I've never used one of these before, but I understand the principle. I placed the included bag roll in the inside tray, peeled off about 8-10 inches, slid the razor cutter across, and got a perfect cut "tube" of plastic (with both ends open). I put one end of the bag "tube" on the sealer part, closed the lid, and hit the "Seal" button. At this point, I went back to read the instructions because nothing happened. My bad. I found out you have to bear down on the lid until it audibly "clicks" to lock the sealer lid. Yes, it says that right there in the instructions. Problem solved. I hit the "Seal" button and the "bottom" of my new bag was sealed.I placed some hushpuppies in the bag. I used this food because I thought the semi-soft texture of the food would indicate how much vacuum this machine would pull. I locked down the lid and hit the "Vac Seal" button. Well, this machine did great. It sucked the air out pretty completely, squished down the hushpuppies without annihilating them, sealed off the bag, and shut itself off.A perfect vac-seal job. The bag held vacuum overnight until I opened it and ate the hushpuppies. I vac-sealed a couple other meats later with the same excellent results. Conclusion: this seems like an awesome machine. I can't speak for the longevity at this point, but right now it looks and works way better than I expected for this price. Excellent.

Seal not working after 6 months
I had no problems with this vacuum sealer for the first few months, it worked great. I was using it regularly probably once a week or so to preserve things to keep in the freezer. Then about 6 months in, it is no longer removing the air in the bags correctly because the seal is broken. I have to push down on the "lid" very hard to create a proper chamber for the air to remove. I really liked how easy it was to use while it was working well, but now it's an inconvenience and I'm disappointed in its durability.UPDATE: I contacted their customer service and they were very prompt about sending a replacement!

Reasonably Priced, Great Vaccum Sealer!!!
I've been shopping for a food sealer since previously owning 2 Foodsaver brand vaccum sealers and wasn't really impressed by them. I ALWAYS had issues of trying to get good suction out of the bags. Air would somehow find it's way and my food would still be freezerburned. So I was on the hunt for a decent priced sealer with a $100 budget. Of the food sealers listed here on Amazon, I found that most of them that had a 4+ rating were around $50-$70. With coupons I was able to get this for $35. I was skeptical but figured with the great reviews and return policy I had nothing to lose.I've owned this since July and couldn't be happier with this purchase!!! The suction is what I expected for vaccum sealing. All my frozen food still have a great suction/seal in my deep freezer. There are 2 modes: moist and dry.If you attempt to seal chicken out of the packaging, you'd use the moist mode. But I noticed it doesn't suck the air as tight. As soon as any liquid is detected toward sealing chamber it switches to seal. I flash freeze my chicken to help alleviate this issue. The locking lid is a great feature. You don't have to worry about balancing the bag.Once you lock the bag in (assuming its in the vaccum chamber correctly) and hit the button it only takes seconds to seal.Only problem I've had was blocking the vaccum chamber: machine continues to run but it's not sucking out any air. Hit stop button and reposition the bag and start again this usually fixes it.Overall if you're looking for a reasonable priced. 4+ rated food sealer- grab this one while it's still available. The bags & rolls that are included, aren't that great. They loss suction and had air in the bag the next day. So I bought Avid Armor premade bags to use with this sealer. They are great!! Reasonably priced, good mil thickness, easy to use, suction still holds.However- on their Gallon size bags, they are a tad bit wider than the sealing chamber so you have to tuck the excess in the chamber and close it hoping not to block the suction. I just clip the corners of the bags to make it easier.
