No directions, and the tape is really, really sticky.
So like the other reviews said mine arrived in a clear bag and it was silver pouches, each pouch has two patches in it. They smelled very early quite strong of ginger and some thing else maybe. I am a little bit disappointed because the tape, is like almost like regular tape light box tape almost. I would’ve gladly paid a few dollars more if they had used the gauzy skin tape that they use for the detox foot pads. I can see how the tape would easily irritate anybody’s skin especially if you put it in the same spot for the same gland each night. I will update the review after I finish the pads, and see how they work.

The best pain relief i have found!! Finally
I have had pain in my neck every night for 7 years. I tried everything nothing worked till I tried this!!I had to write a review this is by far the best thing that has stopped my pain. I cant believe it i don't know how or whats in it. But this saving my life and helping my to finally get the sleep I need. And this was just the first night. I will by this product for ever. A must have for me. Thank you for this product. Please don't ever stop making it!!

- No instructions - no Ingredients
Let’s start with, I wish I would have taken a photo, of the little clear baggy the patches came in. Poor packaging.There’s no instructions, there’s no ingredients, nothing!Don’t think you can put the patch somewhere, and take it off if it’s not on correctly – Bam the patch is now useless it will not re-stick!The black- on the patch (pictures) that’s not the toxins from your body that’s the patch it’s black..Side note: If you put patches on your lymph nodes on your neck you can actually taste it! 🤢🤢I don’t know what to say besides good luck, no instructions, no ingredients; Google for yourself!

Painful
Unless your planning on using these pads to wax then don’t bother buying hem it’s extremely painful taking pads off made my skin so red 🤦🏻♀️

Don't do it
I would have given this product 0 stars. This product did not work at all. I used them for 5 days and no results at all. My arms look the same. There is no real evidence that they work. Not very helpful at all. They smell like syrup and ginger , strong when you walk through a breeze.
