Skip Hop Messenger Diaper Bag with Matching Changing Pad, Duo Signature, Heather Grey

I am a second time mom and was looking for something better than my first diaper bag purchase.This bag is very well laid out. It has a spot for a small wallet, cell phone, and keys which allows me to leave my purse at home and not have another bag to carry. I love the fabric as it has almost a waterproof texture to it. Great for cleaning or wiping stuff off the outside. It comes with a standard size diaper changing mat, but you can purchase a different mat (which I highly recommend). I love the pockets and the placement of them. The front pockets are nice and deep, also a lot of room to put personal items if need be. I have diapers in there and can fit a good amount in one pocket alone. It also stands upright, which comes in handy while changing out and about. My first bag (not a skip hop failed in this area and it gets super annoying trying to hold baby, get diaper, and hold sides of bag open). The sides are rigid enough that it won't flop closed on you. I also like the handles and crossbody option. It allows you to carry in a way that's comfortable for you, along with the option to clip onto a stroller so everything is right there.The only negative I'd say is that it is a bit small. If you are a heavy packer for little outings, meaning multiple clothes, huge stash of diapers, huge pack of wipes, it will fill fast. But if you pack for a normal day, maybe a handful of diapers and a change or two of clothes, it is the perfect size. Also, I don't ever pack bottles so that's another item that may take up space if you don't have a separate bottle cooler bag.All in all I'd recommend it to a friend to at least try. Everyone packs differently and some like to be extra prepared and, if that's you, I'd look for something different.

I absolutely love this bag so far. It's super cute without being baby-ish, it fits everything I need without being bulky, and it goes over my shoulder and doesn't slip down. All of the pockets are very useful (I love the cell phone pocket at the top!). The bottle pockets on the side actually hold my Nalgene water bottles (usually these pockets are too small and only fit baby bottles). It seems like it'll be easy to clean when something spills, since everything can just be wiped down with a wet cloth. I haven't used the stroller straps yet but I love having the option so that we can save room underneath the seat of the stroller.I can easily fit four or five cloth diapers on one side of the main pocket, and then cloth wipes and a small squirt bottle, a few toys, and a change of clothes on the other side. It has two perfect little pockets that on either side of the main pocket that fit my son's epi pen, which means if we ever need it I will be able to easily grab it without digging, very nice. The two front pockets are great for snacks or miscellaneous small items you want handy, and the insulated pocket keeps string cheese and apples chilly enough to eat hours later.I will update this review if I notice any drawbacks or have any issues, but so far I am loving it and would recommend it to anyone!

I like this bag. The material is very high quality, it can be worn cross body and most importantly for me its NOT NYLON! The front pockets are deep and they have magnetic closures. The changing pad is cushioned and fits very nicely in it's own compartment. I love the expandable side bottle holders. The red interior is very classy and stylish. My only complaint about the bag is that it is very narrow and deep. You have to stack things that go inside making them difficult to dig out in pinch. If given the choice I'd rather have something that's more shallow and wide. I will be able to use this bag as a laptop bag after it's done being a diaper bag. My 16 year old stepson describes it as a satchel. If given the option I'd give this 3 1/2 stars.

It may not have been my most favorite design, but I cannot fault this in its construction. It is a workhorse. My oldest is almost 4, we got it to use with her. I originally thought it'd be nice for my husband to use because my main one is a super flower Vera Bradley (he hates it, haha). I now have an 11mo old and we use it for them both. I primarily use this as out "outdoor activity" diaper bag. Walks, renfairs, picnics, beach trips, etc. The material just cleans up SO well and the stroller hooks are some of the best out of all the bags I've used over the years. My point is that I am not nice to this bag, not even a little. I always secretly hoped it would tear or something so I could get a "prettier" one, but honestly - it still looks brand new. It's just such a good bag. The ONLY downside is that it's deep, not wide, which makes getting to the bottom very annoying. I basically just stack it up so that the spare clothes are at the bottom, then the med kit, then all the more commonly needed items. Utilizing pouches or ziplock baggies to help keep things organized will be helpful. The pockets on the inside are perfectly sized for a handful of diapers and wipes. The side pockets are good for bottles of water or whatever you'd like there, but they're a bit snug so you may need to really break it in to put something like a thermos in it. Outer zipper pouch is great for your phone, and some small mommy items. I like the deep outer pockets for quick grab items like burp rags, sunglasses, hats, a small toy, etc.It's a great value and it just won't quit, even when you're sick of it, lol.

Have had this bag about a week, and love it. It's big, but not too big, it clips onto my stroller easily, has good pockets, and the gray is simple and doesn't look "diaper bag-y" at all. It's also really nice quality - all the fabric and parts feel strong and sturdy. The changing pad that comes with the bag is mediocre - I like the skip hop changing station (that folds out, has pockets, and is waterproof) better, but this one fits so nicely in the bag, it works fine. As a first time mom, I resisted the diaper bag at first, and quickly realized that jamming all the baby stuff in my purse was not a long term solution, so I was glad to find one that is functional but not too baby-ish or over the top. My husband likes this one too.

Very stylish, fabric is very nice, long strap, good amount of compartments but it is not as spacious as the not-so-fashionable diaper bags so please keep that in mind! If you need plenty of space this is not for you.

Después de 3 meses de uso, me parece una excelente compra. La calidad es buenisima, puedo guardar de todo, no solo del bebe, sino también mis cosas para no traer 2 bolsas.
