I’ll be honest I’m only 19 years old I go gym and play football I feel that i felt no difference. Perhaps my posture isn’t as bad as I thought. Because even though I strap it up very tight I hardly feel any difference just a lot of uncomfort. Maybe it’s not for me . Lots of positive reviews so maybe if you do have a bad posture it will be good for you but for me it’s a bit useless I’ve given it to my mum.

I would highly recommend this product I think it’s really good, it really helps with pain relief I had a bit at the start only at the start cause I had it to tight. its very comfortable I didn’t expect it from this product I had tried others and this is way way better and definitely worth the money and wait.

Bought for husband who wears it every day for a short period to help correct his poor posture. Appears well enough made but feel it could do with being firmer to help him not so easily over-ride its influence.

I bought this product for correction of bad posture caused by habitual slouching. So far it has worked well and can be worn quite tightly without causing numbness in the arms.It works great with posture correcting exercises that you can do at home/in the gym. Overall for the price I would recommend it.

The strap fixings needs to be longer I’ve sewn on more Velcro because it sits to high on my back making it difficult to get in and out of it but now that I extended the Velcro I can now get in and out of it by myself

I found it very hard to put on, felt it was too small. I have not been able to wear it.

I was skeptical at first, but I've been wearing this brace for a few weeks now and I have definitely noticed a big improvement in my posture even when I am not wearing it, cool product, and I would definitely recommend it.

the product arrived with a main piece missing and not brand new box (damaged). Quality of the product is medium and the instructions to use could be better.
