I needed to make masks to offer to visitors and for us to wear now we are starting to venture out of the house. We had been using disposable ones when we were in complete isolation and just needed to open the door to delivery drivers; but wanted washable 'pretty patterned' ones now we were starting to mix with other people.I made 8 masks altogether (double layer, straight ones with pleated sides); 5 masks with elastic to go round the head and 3 masks with ear loops. There was enough for all that I made with a few inches left over. It was narrower than I was expecting as I'm not much good with metric measurements, but it works for what I wanted it for, perhaps even be better. The elastic was quite stretchy and very soft so should be comfortable to wear for longish periods.Came in one piece/length, in a sealed cellophane bag packed in an envelope for delivery. Easy to open and came quickly.After being a little concerned over it's narrowness I am pleased with it now my masks are made up.

I am using the elastic to make face masks for family and friends. We were running out of disposable ones and as face masks are essential at the moment wanted something very wearable and washable. The elastic came very quickly so no delay in making my masks which have turned out really well. Good quality elastic and comfortable.

Haven't used this yet but it will be used for earloops on facemasks. It looks just right for the job, nice and soft with just enough stretch - high hopes that it will be comfortable to wear.

I’ve been using this elastic for some time now on face masks. The most comfortable that I’ve found. Easy to use, doesn’t fray at the ends and many people have commented on the comfort level, thank you for an excellent product.

Used as part of Covid 19 mask making. Easy to use and does the job ideally.

This is not a criticism, but unfortunately I did not realise how thin 3mm was! Silly me! Apparently for my project I need 5mm. The product I received came very promptly and is as described by the seller.

If I had been able to handle this, I would not have bought it for face masks. In my view not quite firm enough, but other people may be happy with it.
