I have some knee and back problems which was stopping me from doing most type of exercise for the last 5 years and as you would expect I've put on some weight during the lockdown 🤭. Then the Ebike idea came to my mind, and I tell you what, I wish I got this bike before now. Rocky Balboa is back.I am 6 foot/1.8m. 14.5 Stones/92kg, and I bought the Red 13Ah80km, after reading some of the reviews, I realised the seller was telling folk to get in touch with email or WhatsApp, I added him on what'sApp a couple of days before I got the bike, and asked him about the assembly instructions, the guy replies withing minutes with a video how to assemble the rest of the parts. And with the tools provided, you can't go wrong. The bike came 80 % assembled, and you just need to attach the front wheel, the suddle, hand bar and few other things. Which it will take you from an hour to 2 I will say. It came charged and I've managed to get between 60-70miles from that first charged which is great and since then i've been charging it ones or twice a week. You will need a small UK adapter for the charger which you can get for a pound from the pound shop or online for £2. While charging, the light goes red on the charger and when it's fully charged it goes green, and it stop charging automatically, so you don't have to sit there watching it charging. But like everything else, it's good practice to remove all electrics off charge when full. You can charge your battery on the bike and don't need to remove it if you don't want to.This is my first Ebike and I am really enjoying it so far. I didn't know what to expect at the beginning, but it only took me 10 minutes ride and you will figure out how they work. Basically you switch it on from the small LCD control screen on the handle bar and as soon as you start pedaling the motor kicks in and from the screen you can increase the level of help you need from the motor by pressing + and -. When you touch the break the bike stops. The rest it's like any other bike. You have disc breaks which is my first, but I found them a lot better than the old v-breaks and I don't change gears at all, and I just leave them on the highest one, the harder gear and I have the assistant mode on Level 1, which will give you about 15 % help, and that makes all the different and when I am going up hill depends on how steep it is you just change your assistance level from 1 to 5, and believe me, anyone's who know Edinburgh well, will tell you how steep the roads are. but now I can take any hill with no having to stand up on the bike or kill myself, I will try to share a video so you can see for yourself. That you can take most hell's with ease, in these videos I even managed to cycle up hell with one hand and hold the phone on the other and I am below the average when it comes to cycling. The wheels looks the business and they hole bike looks nice to be honest. you probably looked else where already, but for this price you are not going to find anything similar and the cheapest ones on Argos and Halfords are more expensive, and their stocks is low. The front fork suspension works well specially when you go through potholes, The only think I am going to add in the future is a wide comfy suddle with some shock absorber and that is for extra comfort mainly, the bike does come with an extra comfy cover if you want to add it on. But for my liking, I prefer wider seat for my bumm.I also mounted a junior child seat at the back as you can see from the pictures to pick up the boys from school, which they love. But it did add another 4.5kg to the bike, but to be honest even with my son on the back I don't feel the weight at all because it's an Ebike. And when you are in need of a quick fast push you can always use the throttle specially when you stop on a red light on the middle of a hill and you need that extra help, the throttle comes very handy and won't let you down.The LCD controller screen on the handle bar, have some advanced settings for different type of motor and battery ...etc. I was playing with it and missed it up a bit (my fault obviously) but again, a quick msg on what's App the guy sent me a video in 5 minutes showing me how to fix it step by step. if that was any other company specially with the current Covid restrictions, you will have to email customer services and wait a couple of days at least. I found these guys on the ball every time I texted him. Quick and effective customer service. I will definitely recommend this bike and the seller. But if you want a very professional bike you should be looking to spend 2k to 4k for over £500 This bike are great for every day journey to work, a bit off road and the usual journey's here and there. It also have a powerful headlight which you can switch at night from the LCD controller by pressing the + botton for 3 sec. Also it has a setting called P which I think it stands for parking maybe so if you just want to walk the bike, you press - for 3 sec to activate it, so it goes to a walking speed. Now with my new bike I am going out every day for some exercise and trying to convince my wife to get one as well. Last, is just to mention that u can set the speed to what you want and to comply with the law. What up the guy and he will.send you a video showing you how to set a maximum speed if that is what you want.Sorry for the long review it's not like me to leave a review, but here you go. Just trying to bring you a bit closer to the bike.

Ordered 2 bikes same colour late July, arrived 15 September. Had to contact store to get tracking info, with prompt replies. Bikes arrived a day apart via UPS.Boxing could have been slightly better as ‘wear points’ (such as bottom of front forks, rear hub ends and anything else sticking out of the frame) had rubbed through outer box and packing around parts. You would expect better packing if items are going to be transported halfway round the world overland-China/Russia/Poland/UK. Thankfully no real damage.English language assembly instructions were ok, but could have been better.Assembly of bike straight forward with tools provided (which consisted of standard bike multi spanner, 2 Allen keys and a foldable multi tool containing 3 sockets, 5 Allen keys and flat head & Phillips screwdriver). Also included were a pair of lightweight gloves to keep hands cleanNote* I had to adjust all brake cables on both bikes which were not tightened sufficiently. Also set gear change cables correctly to allow for ready for road use once assembled.Included were a charger with a 3 pin UK plug, a bike lock and chain, 2 extra inner tubes and a spare disc brake.The wheel stickers had all started to peel off the rims, which in itself was not a problem, other than a production/presentation issue.Once all tyres were inflated sufficiently, on the road the bikes performed well apart from the slight distraction of the motor, which is quite noisy in my opinion.Overall I think these are solid bikes and worth the purchase (and wait) if they continue to perform. I will update these comments as time progresses.October 2021Had these bikes over a year now and really enjoy them.......no problems other than needed to change gell seat for a more comfortable ride and bought a stem adjuster to raise the handle bars ( a back problem), other than that so far so good. As we pass other cyclists on regular bikes I can be heard to say.....'electric....future'.

This is my first venture into the world of electric bikes I have had it for about a month and I must say I’m very pleased with it.Range and speed are all good.The bike comes with lots of equipment such as head light runs of main bike batterie 27 gearsAn on board computer with lots of different setting all of which I haven’t used yet. Disc breaks rear carry frame gel seat.I would highly recommend this bike as an adventure into E-Biking it is a mountain bike and Handel’s as such also adjustable front forks.As far as price is concerned compared with the U.K. market it’s very good value for money.As for the seller you can buy with confidence as this company is backed by Amazon and all the safeguard that come with it.Hyuhome are very customer Service oriented They are very happy to answer any and all questions you may have before purchase and after I had a miner problem and with a quick WhatsApp to them they couldn’t do enough for me the whole experience from enquiring to purchase to after sales service has been excellent.Dave from Ellesmere Port.
