I have been iron deficient most of my adult life but I hate the iron pills from the doctor because of what they do to my stomach and have tried liquid versions as well which were disgusting. Gave these a try and was pretty amazed at how nice they are! If someone offered one of these to me as candy I wouldn’t question it! As for the effects it’s a bit early to tell if they are helping as I only recently started a regiment of iron, B13, D3 and calcium supplements but it’s the longest iv ever stuck to a regiment because most of them are in gummy form so I’m happy

These are without a doubt the best tasting iron supplements out there.I struggle to take tablets so have tried lots of alternatives and this is by far the best tasting.Peach flavour is great - delicious. I actually enjoy taking these every day.Awaiting blood tests to confirm they work, but energy levels etc feel great (and they have the highest amount of iron I've been able to find in a gummy).Cannot fault them in any way.

Good value for money as you get a decent amount of iron in each serving, compared to other 'iron' gummies which have trace amounts.

Tastes reasonable, quick delivery, gets what I need in a form that is digestible and tolerable.

I took the whole bottle over a month, and I had my blood test done and there was no shift in my iron levels. I don’t think they work.

Finally a way of incorporating sufficient iron into my diet that doesn't taste disgusting!!!!!!! These are delicious and easy to remember to take (have to work to limit myself to two actually). Iron deficiency is so common these days and you can't just rely on store bought food anymore. Great product for vegetarians and vegans. Five stars!

This is very digestable, good taste and helps keep my iron levels up.

As someone who has low iron levels but hates taking traditional tablets, these gummies are fantastic. They taste ok which is good, especially when normal iron tablets taste so metallic.
