Great for big trucks.
I have a lifted Chevy Silverado so I figured this would be a great buy. I actually use this for side entry instead of the tail gate, and it works perfect. On the first try, our dog walked right up. I was holding her harness to help her out, but she went right up and jumped in the back seat. The 5 step is perfect for lifted trucks. Easy to unfold and fold up, light weight, and stored easily. If only this could keep dog slobber off my windows lol.... This is a must have guys..

Helpful for my senior dog.
I have an almost 15 year old lab mix, about 1 year ago he started having a little trouble jumping into the back of SUV, and it has only gotten harder since then for him to get up. I was having to pick him and put him in- the problem with that is he is heavy and sometimes he would beat me to the car and try to get up on his own and fall. So I purchased the steps. I am thankful I did! He has had no issues figuring them out after a few treats left at the top. They are sturdy enough to hold him and tall enough to go to the back of my SUV. They fold up and down easily, don't take up much space when folded down and are very light and easy to pack around. I am happy these stairs have made life a little easier for my old man.

Very nice for my dogs!
I have a 110 lb Alaskan Malamute who is almost 8 yrs old. I don’t like her to have to jump in and out of my car any more so I purchased these. I was surprised at their sturdiness. They hole her weight fine. They are pretty stiff and hard to extend all the way. I am assuming that will get better with use. My lab mix LOVES these. The malamute is putting up with them just because it’s not her idea! I am starting to use these indoors on my bed that’s high to get both of them used to using them before it’s a must. Great quality for the price. I love the non-skid paw prints on the heavy material to keep large paws from sliding. Extra end caps are great too.

Easy to open and close, lightweight yet sturdy.
I only did this review because I was very pleased with this product. I use it on the side door of the second row of my 2012 tundra 5.7l v8 double cab- what I was most pleased about most was how it’s sturdy enough for my dogs to confidently walk the steps to get in, but folds up easily and fits behind my front seat on the floor. It’s very light weight and easy to open and retract. My dogs are no Einstein’s, but they like going for rides and we trained them in 5 minutes to readily walk up and down with just acouple of milk bones- and a nice ride around the neighborhood too!

Best purchase ever! Stairs work great!
My 15 year old pup Is very stubborn and wants to do everything herself but she started needing help jumping out of the car. I decided to try these stairs so she could still do things herself and not get hurt. These are fantastic!!!! She still jumps in by herself but she uses these to get down and as you can see she has no problem. I have an Infiniti QX60, she weighs about 65 lbs and these stairs are very sturdy for her. I weigh 100 lbs and climbed up them to show her and they held my weight.

Hard to Set up
This item seams sturdy enough but seems to be too long to work well with our Ford Escape. Its so long that the angle is off making the steps not level. It might work better for taller vehicles. Also you have to be careful opening the steps because sometimes the straps get wrapped around the frame causing one side not to open up fully. Even though our older dog has problems jumping in and out of the back of our suv, he still balks at using the steps. Given the choice he still wants to jump in and out. Hopefully with continued use, he will adjust to using it.

Perfect Steps for Dogs
The Yephiho Pet step is a significant investment. We have two dogs afraid of jumping into and out of the car for a ride. Since we have trained the dogs to use the steps, it is easier to get the dogs in and out of the vehicle. It was easy to use and collapse right back down for secure storage, and carrying straps makes it easy for me to take the dogs in and out of high places. The steps are sturdy and easy to clean with just a wet wipe. We have a 15- and a 25-pound dog, and they follow each other, which made it easy to train them to walk up and down the steps. We give this product 5 stars.

Easily broken
Sadly, I never got a chance to actually use this product for its intended purpose. Upon first opening, when I extended it to see if it fit the height of my vehicle, one of the screws from the joints popped completely off. I'm not She Hulk, just an average strength girl, so I know that it wasn't me that caused this to happen. I was hoping that this was a one-time situation, but unfortunately when the exchange arrived, the exact same thing happened. There's definitely a design flaw with this product. I'm just glad that it happened when I opened it, and not when my dog was trying to climb onto my vehicle. This could have really injured him.

Sturdy
So far I am really happy with the stairs. It was a bit of a challenge to fit them in the door of our 3500 ram crew cab but with some patience I have it so they sit securely in the doorway leading to the cab floor with the seats flipped up for the dog. I had to extend the anchor using his dog cover attachment and anchored it to the handle to climb into the truck. It is definitely designed for the back of a truck or suv, and not the side doors. However it works well for me now. My 80lb pit doesn't like them, but I just place his front and back paws on the steps and he reluctantly climbs up. This is huge because he will often try to hide under the truck rather than go in it. I haven't used them to get out of the truck yet because I'm concerned he will try to clear them and jump out. We will work up to that with time.I love that they are reinforced. I didn't notice any sagging when I went up them myself. They also seem like they wouldn't get very slippery. I definitely recommend checking they are solid before allowing your pet to climb. Mine wasn't securely placed and it folded closed like an accordion when I tested it. When properly placed it doesn't close under my 130lb weight. I wish the anchor was longer, and that there was a skinny platform at the top rather than just the two wide posts as it is challenging to lay it flat. I also wish the stairs were wider but I know that would only make it more challenging to place in the doorway as it touches the door already.Update:I've had the stairs for a couple weeks now and they are so great! They fit well in the door now that I have found the best position and my dog uses them without the need for encouragement. Very happy with our purchase.

One very happy customer!
I am so happy I purchased this ramp. They are sturdy and so easy to carry. The best feature is no assembly required, just unfold to your desired height and ready to use. Fold them up and carry with the strap that's attached. Love this product!
