What size do these belts go up to ???

I'm a 44' and there was probably 8 inches of extra material to spare. I imagine at least 50'

Yes. You will be very happy with this belt. Be sure to match the holster clips to the belt size. If correct, the holster clips will snap onto the belt, like my set up.

How does this belt perform during hiking/backpacking?

I bought this belt thinking I was going to use it while carrying. It turns out I wear it everyday. You can clip anything to this belt and it will hold up.

Are there any women who have purchased this belt for themselves? For iwb or owb carry? Would love to hear your review.

Not to sure if the belt loops are the same size on womens pants, as mens pants (belt width should be available on website) If so, the belt will work. I carry IWB 3 O’clock and the belt works extremely well, it has been for months now. Hope this helps.
