Are these containers BPA free?

On the manufacturer's website, it states that they stopped using materials known to contain BPA in their products since mid-2014 . Progressive states that "Those items that have been independently verified as BPA-free will be marked as "BPA Free" on the packaging and website." However, none of the webpages for the PrepWorks line of containers on their website state the containers are "BPA free." Meanwhile certain other product lines do. I am waiting for a response from them on this question .

Are they still sticking the label to the container? I have read reviews that the labels is really difficult to get off.

I have purchased 10 of the containers in total (different sizes) and none of them had any stick on labels. They all had a paper sleeve on the inside of the container, just reach in a pull out. I was so happy to see that, I was worried about that issue too.

How big is the pour hole? Would chocolate chips be able to pour out?

I do believe the chocolate chips will come out of the pour spout (1.25"x5/8").
