SAFAVIEHPAT7037A Outdoor Collection Abri Teak 47.63" Cushion Deck Box

This box matches my weathered teak patio furniture perfectly. I bought it for my short garden tools-collapsing rake, transplant shovel, etc. I like that the hinges keep the top open, preventing it from crashing down on me while I rummage around inside. I do wish that it were waterproof, however. I will be forced to cut up a gray tarp to staple to the inside like other less attractive boxes available here have. Small hassle, though, for a reasonably-priced item. FYI: this is a smallish box that does not hold much in the way of patio furniture cushions.

We received this with split pieces and broken pieces. Received a full refund immediately from seller. It is very lightweight, not like a deck box, just to store pillows.

We purchased a dining table 4 years ago that was made in Vietnam. The quality was amazing and the table is still in fantastic shape. When I saw that this box was made in Vietnam I jumped on it. It is beautifully made and of high quality. We bought this to use for pool toy storage. I like how it has open slats at the bottom for the water to drain out from the pool toys. It took me 1 hour to put together on my own. I needed to spray WD40 on one of the hinges. I absolutely love the style of this! The only potential con is that I have no idea how it will hold up to the weather and pool water over time. Although this is an “outdoor” piece it could definitely work indoors as well.

The wood is thin and fragile. It’s not worth what I paid for it.
