Anger Anonymous: The Big Book on Anger Addiction
N**E
Lots Of Grammar Mistakes, But Very Helpful Message
The Devil told me to buy this book, I must confess, because I am quite angry; however, it was very helpful. The author, a priest and a psychologist, discusses how your anger eats away at you and makes it hard to function. This book contains a lot of parallels between the emotion of anger (which is toxic at too high doses), and alcoholism or drug abuse. The book then details the twelve steps (turning to God, abandoning your life and will, making amends) and how you can apply them to overwhelming anger. The grammar mistakes distracted me a bit, but the book was helpful and I feel more able to cope with my anger now than before.
