Worked great for my truck

Mounted this motor on an atv to push hot air out from under the seat. Time will tell how good this works in my application. I was well please with the quality of the motor.

I wired this fan through a relay and a temperature switch on my transmission oil line and power through an add-a-fuse of a circuit that was always on. I did this so it would keep going after the car was off until it cooled down. However I was having symptoms of a parasitic battery drain, and my battery drained after sitting a couple of days without driving. I diagnosed the drain to this fan and its relay which were drawing about 100 mA, which is 50mA more than is acceptable to not drain the battery. I changed the add a fuse to a circuit that is only on when the headlights are on, and now it isn't parasitic to my battery.

Used to pull air through trans cooler for 4l80 swap, perfect size to add dual. Installed using 2 1/2" bolts as plastic hardware is not something I'm will to trust. Hooked up via temp sensor on trans coming from transmission. Cooler alone kept Temps at or below 190 but with fans temp never exceeds 180. Definitely recommend for those who added built 4l80 with high stall. Well worth the investment, between fans, temp sensor, an fittings, cooler and relay around $200. Cooler transmission is a happy transmission especially with trans brake.
