It works great!
I gotta be honest I didn’t expect very much out of it when I took it out of the box and small size is definitely deceiving. It works best when fully charged and will last two nights on that charge. But the zapper works better and the lights are brighter on the first night. I would suggest charging nightly. I hung it at the top of my tent at bedtime and any mosquitoes that came into the tent down their way to the light and into the afterlife. Great little product.

Bug zapper with lumens!
I thought I try this product since I needed both a bug killer and lantern for the 4th of July in DC. The mosquitos alone can be overwhelming in the park areas around the Washington Monument. First thing I notice is it didn't feel cheap. The two buttons that control the lantern and mosquito killer function felt solid. There is a rubber cover for micro-USB charge port, good snug fit to help keep moisture out. Keep in mind the rubber cover is attached in a way as to not to lose it.The hanging ring attachment flips up fine. Here you will see a hook inside the hanging ring. Just be careful when sliding the out the hook as it can detach completely out. You can snap it back in so, no worries. Next, I tested the lights. All three levels of light intensity worked just fine. Note: the lantern came nearly full charged. Waited until evening to go sit outside and test the mosquito killer function of this lantern. To my delight I didn't have to wait long before the first audible zap of the lantern's first victim. After about 40 minutes, the lantern had claimed 15 to the bug afterlife.Last test was to clean out the carcasses. Shutting the lantern completely off, I held the unit under the faucet's running water while using the brush to clean it out. Satisfied, I turned the lantern and grid back on. Both turned on without an issue. You will notice inside the lantern a red light comes on when charging, after a while it will shut off which I assume it's fully charged. I'm happy with my decision to try this product so far. I'm also planning to take it with me camping soon. More than likely, I'll snag another one.

Actually works, but requires cleaning
This is currently one of my favorite mosquito killers for Florida indoors, because: (1) surprisingly, it actually works; (2) it's low power, chewing up less wattage than the 20-watt fluorescents (3) it's omni-directional, not just facing-forward (4) I'm assuming the LEDs are not going to burn out, unlike the fluorescent tubes that have to be replaced each year (5) you can jack it up high on top of your desktop, so the whole room can see it--it's not restricted like plug-in units that glom into the electric receptacle at baseboard level. The innovative double-helix design gives you an anode wire and a cathode wire together in a small space, without requiring a rectangular mesh. Looking at it on-line, I thought it was a single-helix, which wouldn't make any sense. The helix wires are kept in place and spaced by a plastic supporting comb around the central light diffuser. I was worried they were loose and the helix would droop out of shape over the years, but it looks like the industrial designers thought of this and got it handled.I don't know how long the battery lasts, since I simply keep it plugged in to the USB all the time. The diffuse UV-A lights seem safe for medium-term exposure, since the LEDs themselves are below eye level and you only get secondary glow from the diffusers. UV-C sterilization will sunburn your eyeballs in 5 minutes, of course, and UV-B will sunburn your skin, but this is UV-A "black light", which should be pretty safe. I turn it off for good luck if I'm going to be in the room a long time anyway. The one thing--dead mosquitoes stick to the wires after they fry themselves, so you have to clean the unit off with the brush every day or so. And you have to inspect it carefully from all sides, as the tiny dead gnats will hide in the back and be hard to see. But this is common with most bug-zappers anyway, so whatever.Wish the price were just a bit less, but I'm ordering two more for the other rooms anyway.

Silent zapper
This silent bug zapper and light combo was great for camping. It holds all the bugs inside. It only attracts the small bugs though. It was easy to clean with the brush they give you, but don’t lose it, otherwise it makes it more difficult to get the bugs off the center. It lasted about 5 hours with both the zapper and the light on before it needed to be recharged.

nice combo LED light and bug zapper! **UPDATED**
The media could not be loaded. This is one of the coolest gadget I've seen.WHAT I LIKE:[+] LED light with 3 levels of brightness[+] Can be used as a flash light or a lamp standing[+] Has a hanger and hook that can be pulled out for hanging[+] Rechargeable batter that seems to last long[+] UV ray and bug zapper, which is perfect for outdoor and camping!WHAT I DON'T LIKE:[-] absolutely nothing!BOTTOM LINE:5 out of 5 stars! I highly recommend this combo gadget if you need a LED flash light or lantern. I compared the brightness with the LED lantern that I own and this is much brighter, not to mention it has more feature.I'm actually going to camping with my kids next week so I will bring these and update my experience.** UPDATED 8/15/2020 **Just came back from a camping trip yesterday and added 3 photos as promised. This lamp is a MUST-HAVE for camping. It's so lightweight so it can easily hang inside any tent or canopy, and provide room filled light at night. While it does not have the zapping sound like a conventional electric zapper, it did catch ton of bugs.Hope my video and photos were useful... and if they were, please click on the helpful button below. Thank you!
