Moldiy Over Door Hook, Heavy Duty Coat Hooks-Reversible Brushed Stainless Steel, Set of 2

When the hooks arrived and they looked like white plastic, I thought there was some mistake since I was expecting grey steel. But then I realized that it was just WHITE TAPE meant to protect the finish. Derp. It peels right off to reveal the shiny metal.There are holes on top of the hooks so you can drill, hammer, etc. them into the top of the door frame. But I just placed them on top, no screws, nails, etc. I use them to hang towels. The hooks don't move around or bang against the door, and the towels don't fall off. Basic functionality.

Disregard the bad reviews - they apparently didn't figure out that the "white paint" on the hooks was actually just protective tape. The protective tape is easily removed to reveal shiny chrome hooks.I like that it fits 2 sizes of doors. The hooks are sturdy and seem to be able to hold a lot of weight. In using mine to hold up a hanging cloth laundry bag.Great quality and good price

They don't perfectly fit my door, so they are a bit loose, but these are fantastic for hanging my coat on my bedroom door and they are very heavy duty as described. I really like having these.

Good thing I didn't care if they looked like the picture! The white is a crappy applied sticker. I just needed it to be strong which it appears to be is the only reason it got a 3 star rating and not refunded.

I took these hooks to my gym to hand my shower caddy on the side of the shower stall. I like that I could use either side of the hook on the doors/shower stall depending on the width of the door. When it arrived, it looked like it was used and beat up but it was the protective tape which after being peeled off reveals the beautiful silver color.

They hang, okish. the lip they utilize to stay on the door is not super stable, but you can screw them in to the top of the door for a more stable and permanent solution.

I took off the white film, and the product looks very nice. The reason for the 2 stars is that it doesn't fit any of my doors. On my closet doors, which are standard size, the hook is too big, so I had to nail it in the door (on top) to keep it steady. For my front door, it doesn't fit at all, it is too narrow. That's so strange to me that standard door hooks don't fit the doors.
