Great Study Guide. Between the true/false, the matching and the multiple choice questions, the study guide asks questions in so many different angles making the learning process quite thorough. At the end of each chapter test I feal I really knew the information. Along with the answers after each chapter test with explanations as to why this is the correct answer once again made this book a tremendous asset to the student learning real estate.

supplement to the class text. had 3 or 4 different types of test for each chapter to test your understanding. I didn't buy it until the class was over to study for the exam.
