BYD CARE Single Use Disposable 3-Ply Face Mask, Daily protection for men and women for Home, Office, School, Restaurants, Gyms, Outdoor and Indoor, Box of 50 PCs

I have worked in EMS and never encountered ill-fitting masks before. By chance just before the pandemic, I had to take my family member to the doctor--whose office always has boxes of masks available in their lobby/sitting areas AND I picked up 4 masks. They were yellow, thick, cushiony and comfortable and the ear loops were very stretchy, well-fitting and comfortable. Then the pandemic hit. Those yellow masks were my go to's and I and my family wore them carefully and many times until I had to get more. There were no masks to buy at that point publicly until COSTCO had BYD Single Use General Purpose blue masks in stock in May/June/July that said on the box MADE FOR COSTCO. However when I went back for more they had changed their masks to cheaper 'glue dot' ones -- WHICH IS THE POINT WHERE THE EAR LOOPS ARE HEAT GLUED TO THE MASK ITSELF AND THE POINT AT WHICH THEY POP OFF -- so I went looking for what I originally had. I found them. Fortunately I had kept the box and was glad to find these BYD blue masks on sale here at Amazon in November this year and after arrival I see they are the same BYD ones in COSTCO. They say' Single Use Mask Surgical' vs 'Single Use General Purpose like at COSTCO but they ARE THE SAME AS THE COSTCO BYD. While there are some cheaper AND some more expensive masks that are thinner, cheaper, AND the ear loops break off the face masks FROM the GLUE DOT area-------these blue ones from BYD are worth the cost because they DO NOT BREAK OFF the way the glue dot ones do so THEY LAST LONGER. These masks are more comfortable and have more stretch for the ear loop and are not uncomfortable or cutting or 'too small,' though I know everyone's head size is different. My physical therapy always hand me a new mask when I get in there and most of the time they pop off while it is on me--no thanks. I bring my own or ask for 2 if I don't have them which is a waste of money. Don't give CHINA any more money than you need to. Buy BYD.

I bought this brand originally at Costco and am surprised that some viewers were disappointed in comparison. These are far superior. There are pleats on the sides of the mask below the checks that allows the mask to fit on your face without gaps, unlike the ones I bought from Costco, so protection is much greater. We are double masking, and not only is this a very comfortable first layer but if I had to use these alone I would still feel protection due to the ergonomic design. Since it looks like we’ll be masking for a while, even with the vaccines, I’m definitely going to purchase more.

Love these—use at least one a day

There are cheaper, but we keep returning to buy these. The fabric is more stiff...so some might not like...but we like them because you can make a little pocket for your mouth so that it doesn’t suck in when you breathe. The wire on the nose allows you to form a really good seal. I know these are mass produced and there might be some variance but we’re on our third box and prefer this brand the most.

These are breathable and quality excellent and face coverage better then most. I wish i had these in the begiining of Covid when i worked at the hospital. I would have been able to breath better. The price was also awesome. I payed 17.00at Walmart for 25 and these were 11.00 mfor 50 and better made and breathable. I was at a hospital getting a checkup and they had them there so I found out the brand and found them here. Fast shipping and packaging. The items came quickly and were as advertised. I like these masks because they are thicker and of a higher quality than other's I've purchased. The fit great, are comfortable and seal nicely around the nose. I'm of average size and they are a perfect fit. If they are too big for you, you can easily tie a knot in the ear loops to make them fit snug.

I love this brand , this is the first time I bought the blue box one, first is hard to use less breathable than others and second the edges on both left and right sides are made extremely hard , it scratches my face, uncomfortable.

I would agree with most reviewers here that these do not seem to meet the requirements for BYD medical masks. The masks come in packs of 10 each. For me, that’s not a problem. I have visited a hospital couple of times, and the mask they provide comes from an open box where all masks are “exposed.” So, personally I don’t think it’s an issue and it’s handy to keep a pack of 10 masks in my car or purse. The sides stick out, but it doesn’t mean that there’s lots of space. There’s an issue with the aesthetic, but I didn’t feel like any air was going out the sides. It actually fits quite nicely on my face. It’s comfortable, doesn’t smell, and doesn’t itch. Overall, they’re good for the price and slightly better than the cheap ones you can find at department stores. It fits and the 3 ply is thick enough for me. I also like the nose clip. They’re comfortable and I can breathe fine while wearing them. Hope this is helpful!

Best disposable non-sterile surgical mask out there today! Durable with supporting straps along the edges of the mask, this reinforces the elastic ear straps from breaking off during use. Dont fog up glasses easily. They are comfortable for working in all day, un-like many other masks.
