Purchased as a replacement suction cup for a Nextbase Duo dashcam. Fits perfectly and works the same as the original. It tends to fall off once every 1-2 months (especially if the car is parked in direct sunlight) but the model of dashcam I have is quite heavy so this may not be a problem for others. Overall this is a good value for money replacement for the original.

The sucker operated correctly however it was too small to fit to my standard size dash cam.

I bought this to replace the sucker from a Nextbase 312GW dash cam that got stuck to the windscreen in the very hot weather and came apart when I tried to get it off. This is a good value replacement with strong adhesion. The only problem I had was this: You have to unscrew the locking ring before you can fit the socket onto the dash cam's GPS ball. It is easy to get the ring the wrong way round, which means the ball will not reach the socket. Make sure the ring is the right way round while not actually screwed onto the thread and press firmly so the ball clicks in place in the socket. Tighten the ring and the job is done.
