This beach mat is wonderful, I live the beach but hate getting sand all in my car from blankets. This is so light and the stakes to hold it down are way more than long enough and heavy enough to keep it in place. I was skeptical at first but it does exactly what it said. Sand sifted right through. The size I got was big enough for 2 average sized adults to lay long wise or 1 adult and 2 kids. When I got back from beach I just sprayed it off an hung it up (no more washing a load lol) I researched some before I bought this one and I’m so glad I picked it. I would buy again if I wanted another one. It’s pretty durable it seems so should last a pretty long time. I just wish they came in different colors or designs 🤷🏻‍♀️ Definitely a 5 star product.

This item is so lightweight! We purchased to take with us to the beach this summer but we will be flying so I’m even more excited it doesn’t take up a lot of space and weight!! Great summer color, seems to be good quality looking forward to using it with our kids! I’ll update after using to talk about durability!Update- while its cool sand goes through it, this ended up being kind of pointless for us at the beach. The stakes are nice to keep it in place but we ended up not even using it 6 out of 7 days at the beach and the size in the picture and what we got was not even comparable. My two toddlers could sit on it but that’s about it.

Said in description sand free. This is definitely not at all! Horrible beach mat! Sand goes right through the extremely large perforated holes. Yes you can shake the and out, but that defeats the purpose! I was expecting a beach mat that sand couldn’t get through, and this very easily allows sand on the top surface. I bought this for my infant son so he wouldn’t be in the sand all the time at the beach but this is worthless and he still sits in sand!

I use it when we go to our reservoir out in Utah. It works perfect for keeping the sand from piling up on my stuff even when kids are running around and kicking up sand everywhere. I hated having that sandy wet blanket in the back of my car that I would have to beat with a stick afterwards to get the sand out. For the love, I'm so glad I dont have to do it that anymore. It dries quickly and doesn't stick to the sand at all. Made my beach experience a lot better.

i've been using this for a week and it's going well - hasn't ripped or had any issues. Sand flows through and it keeps us cleanupdate: labor day weekend and this failed - tons of sand clumping and getting stuck

Wasn’t what I expected. It looks like a net blanket so you can’t sit on it without an extra blanket or towel because you’ll get sand on yourself. It had a weird smell too upon opening.

This is thin mesh not quite traditional blanket like one thinks. But that’s why it’s sand free so sand can’t get through. I like it regardless. Easy to fold and bring along.

Extremely lightweight and flimsy. The stakes that come with it are short, so would not do much good in beach sand. The straps that are for the stakes could easily rip off because it’s so cheaply made. Not what I was expecting. Will return.
