When I removed them from their plastic bag they were so gummy and sticky that they immediately bonded together and I had to peel them apart. But then I stuck them under the heels of my nike insoles and took off running.At first they seemed thicker than expected but they either compressed a bit with use or I got used to them.I don't need them for heel or achilles issues; in my case after spinal fusion surgery my inventory of neutral running shoes put painful stress on my back. So I moved to Nike Pegasus and crammed a heel insert into them. These heel cups have me back running again.

Absolutely love that they stay in place. And they are easily trimmed for the perfect fit!!

I only gave a few stars because unlike others these are not left/right oriented so I can use both in different shoes for my right foot where needed. Also the size is right it’s not too long cutting into instep like others.However; they give little support they are not stiff enough. It’s better than nothing, but not much.

I love these for all my sneakers. I put them under the manufacturer insole, this way they don't get dirty from my socks.

With several bone spurs in my heels, I have tried out at least a dozen different types of heel cups. These are the first ones that I can wear for a full day and hardly feel the spurs at all! They are amazing

These arrived very promptly and packaged well. Clear with center colored, fit my shoe size 6, and stayed securely in place in shoe. Worked better than name brand. Would recommend.

This is good product if you suffer with a Cacilium heel Spur as I do. It helps to distribute the weight of your heel, provides comfort and reduces pain levels. You need to clean the heel cups regularly to maintain adhesion as they attract fibres and lose their adhesion fairly quickly.

Easy to use and good value for money. And you can transfer into different shoes.

I bought these because of the reviews, and I was suffering with plantar fasciitis. I also bought the scholl ones too. I prefer the scholl ones even though the were more expensive. These are a lot cheaper and do help but they tend to slip as they don’t fit the shoe properly.
