Q: Can the mono version be worn on either ear? Basically does the mic boom rotate past vertical and down the other side?

No the boom mic stops at vertical.

Q: Does this items work well with Google meet? I saw a review about it not working but that was back in 2020 so I didn’t know if they had improved it?

Some features, like the red lights that come on when in a call, do not work in Google meet. But they still work as a decent pair of headphones and a clear mic.

Q: what is the noise isolation technology? Does it use TruSpeak?

Im unsure...what I will say is I've been on many calls with a singing and sqeeling cockatiel 2 ft away from me and the other participants on the call have not heard her.

Q: can this headset be used with an adaptor for 3.5mm

I don’t believe so. It typically plugs into a USB port. Maybe if you have a USB to Audio jack converter it might work, but I wouldn’t bet on it. I’d just buy a headset with a 3.5mm audio jack instead.
