First, they cook great and clean great (very, very pleased with that) but in my experience the durability and customer service behind the product isn't there. Unfortunately, at least the batch I had, the rims all started chipping within a month and a half even though all directions were followed and they never banged into anything.. Had some concerns in regards to normality and if the ceramic coating getting into food is an issue. I'm thinking it's unlikely but wanted to ask. Greenpan responded with the typical warranty response and said refunds are not allowed (even though I never asked for warranty or refunds - just information on the chipping). They also did not answer my question (by choice or by mistake, no clue). Week later after asking again and still no response (Update - they finally did respond a week after but it was identical to the first response. Did not answer my question.). While the product is great, the fact its chipping already through careful use and the customer service being not so good (In my opinion that is - maybe it was a one off instance and it's normally great. It can happen.) would prevent me from being a repeat buyer. Plenty of similar options out there. CS is where the selling happens for me.

So far so good, but one of the pans has gotten scratched although I'm very careful.

To me, this set of cookware, is well made, of high quality materials and is a fair price. The product in my opinion performs as advertised. Quality made, visually appealing and cooks food with minimal to no sticking at all and after cooking cleans up very easily. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I’m loving my new pans. They look great hanging above my stove. They clean so easily and am really glad I invested in them.

Pans seemed to work well under all conditions

It's been over a year now of almost daily/weekly cooking with these. They are fantastic. They heat up extremely quick and I have not had a problem with cleaning them at all. I once had some stuff get way over cooked and stuck, but using the supplied polishing pad (same exact thing as a "Magic Sponge") cleaned it up with minimal elbow grease. No need to let these "soak" in the sink to break stuff up. If you leave it on the stove dirty for a week, the stuff rinses right off and cleans up perfect with a soapy sponge.I read about people having issues with how it was packaged, but it seems the manufacture fixed the issue, as mine cam extremely well packaged and protected with numerous layers of extra cardboard and every item had it's own foam wrap.My only issue is I wish they made the lips of all the bowls and pans rimmed with a radius to prevent them from chipping so easily. The thin lips and squared edges promotes chips. If it was rimmed/thicker lips with a smooth radius they wouldn't chip as easily. Mind you, there's very few chips but they exist and I suspect over the years will get worse.

I bought this set for my Wife in 2022 and they are holding up great! No scratches or chipping - she does take care of them though and stores them with the pot protectors they come with.

Very nice solid feel according to my wife who is the chef in the family.We had this brand when we lived in Florida and she was delighted with it then. Seems very good quality so far but it's only 1 month....They 'cook well' per my wife.So far, highly recommended.

Really like the pots but small frying pan that I use all the time has started sticking a little. When new eggs just slid around after cooking now I need to use spatula to scrap it free. Pots work great with my induction range and for most part are nonstick
