Got intouch with Virginia media to get a replacement said it could take a couple of weeks,as mind was broken.....ordered one off amazon came the next day...simple to set up...sorted.

No batteries came with the control when it's states it comes with batteries.
It states that the control comes with batteries. No batteries was sent with my control yet I still paid the same price. False advertising.

Much easier than gettin Virgin to send a replacement, however:
The Remote works fine and was delivered in good time and the price including shipping was okRemote needed cleaning before use and there were no batteries as stated in the advert.

Size of Tivo remote
It is the same size as a Tivo V 6 model, which is smaller than the original one than a normal Tivo remote control, but it works fine.
