Find of a Lifetime
This product is the find of a lifetime. I used to hurt for a few days after getting a massage. Now I take a Sport before the massage and two Sport after the massage, and I do not experience any pain. I understand that Sport prevents the production of lactic acid which is where the pain originates. I don't know if that is true or not, but it works for me!!

Have used this for years!
Have used this product for years to relieve muscle soreness after exercise. There is nothing else as effective for me. Two caplets and the problem is solved. The muscle soreness never even develops.

The bottle is less than half full, the bottle was filthy when it arrived and all sticky. Not sure if it is something I want to consume as I have no idea where the bottle or product has been.

great muscle protection.
When it was time for my Tetanus booster and knowing how painful they are for days, I tried a few days before taking a sport capsule and for 2 days afterward. Pleasantly surprised, no pain during the shot and no pain afterwards.
