To those concerned about shipping: I ordered two of these and was initially concerned as to why the shipment took a few days to process. I received both a call and an email on the day they were going to arrive. A rep at Natren explained that they only ship on certain days of the week due to the careful cold-packed shipping process they use. The items arrived using 2-day air shipping and were cold-packed in an insulated box with high quality ice packs and eco-friendly packing materials.As far as the probiotic quality goes? I am a 10-year Oncological Nutrition Consultant and have worked with multiple clients using various probiotic formulas (Dr. Ohhira's, Metagenics, Jarrow, Natren, etc.) and have seen excellent results with Natren's products. The two most important factors for establishing healthy probiotic colonies are delivery and survivability. Many products either die off in stomach acid or can't survive in the intestine long enough to establish a colony. The key factor which places Natren's product in the top 3 in the world (perhaps #1) is the specific super-strains that they use. The GI tract is a pretty harsh place with a wide range of Ph levels and chemical environments. Not only are Natren's strains selected for their proven efficacy in clinical trials, but they are cultured as super-strains which means that they are adapted to survive in conditions which would kill lesser strains.

This product is fantastic & works so well b/c the beneficial bacteria is alive. It's alive b/c it is shipped either on dry ice or with a cold pack & it needs to be refrigerated to keep it that way. Amazon does not ship it with cold pack or dry ice; rendering it ineffective. It just came in a dry box; which leads me to further assume that it is not refrigerated while stored either. I LOVE AMAZON!!!! But, I learned the hard way to order directly through Natren. They ship free in 2 days anyway.

I've been suffering from chronic gut issues and symptoms such as cramping, constipation, bloating, and fatigue. I've used multiple probiotic brands with multi-strains and high content. However, my symptoms were not improving that much. It was first when I started to look at the experience of Jini Patel which was very similar to my condition. Jinin recommended using Natern probiotics which are a piece of golden advice. I've started using Life start probiotic and a combination of these three dairy-free probiotics. I noticed much better results in terms of constipation and cramping symptoms. The product is shipped with high standards where it comes inside the icebox. I really recommend this product.

I could not tell any difference at all while taking these. I know they come highly recommended, and specifically recommended by my doctor for my problem. Again, I could not tell that they helped, and do not see the need to have 3 different probiotics per day, at different times of day, to keep track of. It was not helpful to me, and confusing also..

I heard about Natren probiotic from my sister in law. Her son was diagnosed as IBS and researched the cure. She was introduced of this product from 'Listen To Your Gut'. The son's symptom has seemed to be getting better. I also ordered couple of months ago and has taken with my husband. My husband and I feel that our bowel movement has become regular and I bought them for my parents as well. Their constipation seem to be healing. I will take this for a long time. Thanks to Natren!

This was supposed to arrive refrigerated, it arrived in a box not marked with refrigerated, a small ice pack that was warm upon arrival. I am not able to use the product and they will not allow me to return. Wasted 50.00!

arrived with a tiny cold pack and Natren has to be delivered cold. Just order from the manufacturer next time.

Natren is my go-to Probiotic. In this case, I bought it for a family member recovering from a kidney infection. After multiple rounds of antibiotics, probiotics were desperately needed and availability was very limited in their small town. I was happy to find that I could get Natren shipped at a reasonable price. Arrived in a small styrofoam cooler with ice packs. Very well packaged and arrived very quickly. Product was still cold upon arrival.
