Q: How do your get the Water out after washing?

My baby doesn’t have any teeth (2 months) and water will pool in there when washing. I just put a napkin down and then place the pacifier on there with the nipple pointing up, couple hours later or overnight I’ll check on it and it’s come out!

Q: Do these pacifiers come with a protective cap?

Q: are these like the bottle nipples such as the Happy Paci ones?

Thank you for your inquiry. The Dr. Brown's Advantage Pacifier has a fully symmetrical soother, with reversible bulb that fits in baby’s mouth either right-side up or upside down. The bulb is different than the bottle nipple.

Q: After watching the pacifier the water stays inside the nipples, how can I get it out ?

We recommend squeezing out any trapped water from the pacifier. After washing or sterilizing, water may remain inside the nipple but will typically evaporate within 24 to 48 hours.

Featuring a soft yet durable 100% silicone bulb, an open breathable shield to reduce skin irritation, and a glow-in-the-dark front for easy nighttime use, this BPA-free pacifier combines safety, comfort, and convenience. Dishwasher and sterilizer safe, it’s parent-approved and baby-tested for everyday soothing.

Safety warning	For your child’s safety WARNING! Inspect carefully before each use. Pull the pacifier/soother in all directions. Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness. Only use dedicated pacifier/soother holders tested to EN 12586. Never attach other ribbons or cords to a pacifier/soother, your child may be strangled by them. To prevent a possible choking hazard, test the pacifier/soother strength by pulling on the bulb portion of the nipple/teat. Inspect carefully before and after each use, especially when the child develops teeth, and discard immediately if the nipple/teat shows any signs of wear or damage, such as cracking or tearing. Small pieces can accidentally be inhaled and cause serious injury. In the event that the pacifier/soother becomes lodged in the mouth, DO NOT PANIC; it cannot be swallowed and is designed to cope with such an event. Remove from mouth with care, as gently as possible. Do not leave a child unattended with a pacifier/soother. Do not leave a pacifier/soother in direct sunlight or near a source of heat, or leave in sterilizing solution for longer than recommended, as this may weaken the nipple/teat. Never dip nipple/teat in sweet substances or medication, your child may get tooth decay. Replace the pacifier/soother between one and two months of use, for safety and hygiene reasons. Keep removable protection for the nipple/teat away from children to avoid suffocation.
