Terrible product, Terrible support. **do not even think of buying this or from this seller**
The clock i bought came and it had clearly been opened before... uh oh, i could already tell this wasn't going to be good. Alas, took all of the previously opened wrapping off and the "Constantly moving gears" moved for 5 seconds and ground to a halt... Damnit. Contacted seller and straight away they offered a replacement clock... great! yes please!... 1 week later and i had heard nothing. i contact again and they try telling me that they will send out a replacement Clock Movement, i ended up having to tell them 3 more times that it was the gears and not the clock movement. also now their responses are taking 2-3 days per response and we are almost 4 weeks into having received this faulty product with no solution! Now they want to replace the "gear movement" and i'm not sure what they mean by this. I do know that i'm not spending $160 just to buy a mechano set!
