Got my first one, worked well when I was on vacationers weeks afterwards,it started to not hold a charge.Vinsic was kind enough to send me a replacement even though it was a month past its return point I'm definitely taking this on my next vacation which is coming up shortly I look forward to it this power bank keeps me in touch with my loved ones and my device is full power. My wife still uses that day to day basis in order to keep her device charged only because we don't have enough while it's in our home and our to help us put our devices then in short term it works out really well.

Great at charging, but does two annoying things.First of all, this battery is great at charging. I just took it with me on a 10 day trip to Europe. I used it to charge my HTC One M8, Nintendo 3DS, Canon Cybershot, and my friend's android phone. Each device was charged very quickly, and reliably. I never seemed to have run out of charge. So, in terms of just being a charger, this thing is awesome.There are two things that would have made this better: a longer, more reliable charging cord, and a better indicator for when the battery is charging. Whenever I would try to charge this battery, I always had trouble keeping it connected. If you accidentally bump it, the cord comes right out. This is not helped by the fact the the cord is only about 12" long. When I tried one of the longer cords I already owned, they would either not work, or be even worse at staying connect. The charging indicator is confusing because sometimes just stays on after it's done charging until I plug something in to charge. This makes it hard to tell when the battery is actually charging.

I bought 2 of these based on the great reviews they received. They are sleek, fairly thin and modern looking. I was somewhat surprised by the size, not a pocket item, approx 4.5X6. I guess you go for either thinner or blocky. If you want the power and features for today's devices, the size to enclose the features and battery does matter.

The Good:This power bank is fairly sleek and feels like solid construction. It certainly has capacity for multiple charges (using Note 4, avg. ~3 full charges). The swipe LED charge percentage is a nice touch for a power bank.The Bad:After 2 weeks use, the 'solid construction' gives way to 'handle with extreme care' - mine fell on the ground from a height of about 2' while I was pulling my coat out of my car. The fall bricked the battery instantly; however, ~10 min. after the fall, I noticed the outer casing had deformed slightly and was hot to the touch. Needless to say, I moved the battery to a safer location and eventually disposed of it altogether. I do not plan to purchase a second to replace the first. So if you need a power bank that will require little handling, this might be okay....(?) I cannot rule out simply a fluke event with my power bank, so I will not dismiss the product altogether - but use caution and certainly handle with care.

inhad an issue with the first one I bought. I wrote the seller and they very promptly sent me a new one. They were very understanding. I like this product a lot. Easy to use and it's slim and hardy. Fits in my back pocket.

I gotta say, I have put this battery through the ringer and it is still going strong. Have dropped it on many occasions but has not affected performance. Front panel is a little warped from one of the impacts, but still able to press and see charge % left. All in all very satisfied with this product.
