Two or three niggles, else 5 stars!
I was a bit disappointed to unpack my shiny new helmet only to find, on the left lower side, the orange colouring is discolored (a darker, reddish smudge), but having had it shipped internationally I can't be bothered with the schlep of sending it back to exchange. Secondly, I found that the inner lining is a bit out of shape around the back of my ears, but I'm already kinda used to it and after trying my best to re-insert the lining I think I've found a way to not let it bother me. The visor is not the clearest... and with such a strong curve it's practically impossible to ride with it partly open - it's a choice of all the way open or all the way shut, or blurry vision. Keeping it open just a crack to prevent misting is somewhat difficult without any supporting 'stop' point and it does tend to mist up very quickly... but all in all these are minor 'niggles' for a budget helmet. So much for the negatives...On the positive side, it's comfortable, very light, and super quiet. All the things I'd hoped for on my daily commute in traffic at low speeds. Compared with another helmet that cost three times more than this one, it's much quieter and I think with a combination of the peak and back 'lip' the slight buffeting I experience with my other helmet is completely absent... which is a BIG plus on longer rides. I'm not sure it's a strong enough helmet to choose on long, higher speed rides versus something safer (composite), but its very tempting being so comfortable and quiet. Finally... it matches my Fox Orange Suzuki DL650A... which is great if that sort of thing matters to you :)

Sparx Nexus Venting
I ride primarily off road in AZ. The helmet appeared well made but once I received it and tried it on, it was built more like a street bike helmet with very limited venting. I returned it and bought another brand. If you ride mostly street or in a cooler climate it's a nice helmet for the price.
