Reef Men's Voyage Boot Le Chukka

I've bought these Reef boots a while back and have broken them in, so I thought it was time to review them. The boots were fairly comfortable from the start, and have gotten more so as time went on. I did replace the cork insoles with insoles that don't have a high arch. The only thing I negative I would say is that the leather really scratches or marks up easily. I guess you can look at it as adding "character" to the boots. Beyond that, the price I paid was a little steep, but that's what a pair if decently made chukkas cost these days. Lastly, I might add that this is the third pair of Reefs I have bought in the last couple of years, so that should tell you how much I like the Reef brand.

They're painfully narrow, so order at least half a size up if you have wide feet. Other than that, they're beautifully crafted and quite comfortable if you get them in a larger size. Mine are starting to develop a nice patina, I'm really enjoying that rugged look.

Took a min to break in but they seem to be totally waterproof which is nice. They seem durable and go with almost any outfit

Shoes are awesome, they do fit say a half size big and need a pad put, I would buy again.

Exactly what I was looking for. Arch support is great and traction sole make sense for Midwest wear.
