Pistachio Butter - Raw Unsalted (5oz Glass Jar)

This Pistachio Butter is scrumptious. I has a perfect consistency: thick and creamy. My only caveat is that I gained some weight because I just kept going back for a little more.

This is a great tasting pistachio butter. I didn’t expect the consistency to be this runny though. Be careful when opening. The texture is very smooth. It makes it very easy to spread. If yours has been tossed around like mine then there’s probably a good amount of the product under the seal upon opening. There’s a seal on there which is great and I received the product intact. I literally just took that seal off and wiped all that pistachio butter on my bread and it was good for one sandwich haha. I like that it’s unsweetened and natural. It tastes great very nutty and I can taste the pistachio. Since it’s sold by a small business it doesn’t seem to be mass produced and the quality is there.

Awesome taste and just the right texture, very delicious and I love that it's raw and single-ingredient. I even give it to my LO as her first nut. BUT I would like to ask the manufacturer/packaging designer/whoever makes this packaging: Have you tried to open the can? Please please please redesign! There is no way to get to the contents of the can without getting them all over your fingers and I just hate that! The can is small, I run out fast, meaning I have to go through the struggle of opening it every 3-4 days and it's super annoying! Will change to 5 stars when the packaging becomes easier to open or the container 3 times bigger! Other than that - perfect pistachio butter! I have a subscription :) P.S. I add about 2 teaspoons of this to a plain Siggi's yogurt + stevia + some chia seeds for extra nutrition and sometimes a little date syrup = super delicious! I hate dairy, but with this butter I absolutely love my calcium every day!

I have always LOVED pistachios, but being how expensive they are, I rarely buy them...so this was an extravagant purchase I admit. I also admit I did not pay close attention to the size of the jar - also admit had I done so, I would not have ordered this, because I was comparing price to a 12 oz. jar of Almond Butter, even at that size this would still be more $$$- HOWEVER I was thinking I will throw caution to the wind & splurge just this once, treat my husband (and me); and boy am I SO glad I did! When it arrived & I got over the small size of the jar (my husband was there when I opened the box, he saw my face, asked how much, told him- we both laughed as we know what I tightwad I can be) Then I opened the jar up, stirred & tasted I was in HEAVEN! OH MY GOODNESS the flavor is unbelievable! I only eat this as a treat, straight from a spoon, which I only dip the tip into the jar & taste just that small amount because that is all I need as the flavor is so rich & filling. What is so amazing is that there is no sodium and believe me you do not notice that is missing as ( & did I say this already?) the flavor is unbelievable!!! I'll never buy a bag of pistachios again. You know how there are always "clinkers" in there to spoil your taste buds, not to mention the ones that are still fully closed :-/ but not with this pistachio butter... Here you have pure premium tasting pistachios... So trust this tightwad, ignore the price, once you taste this you will agree it well worth the splurge...sometimes you deserve a treat ***just find a good hiding place LOL P.S. Yes, I did share this with the hubby... he was the one who recommended that I find a good hiding spot as he does not have the restraint that I do and he would inhale this jar in no time LOL you can't define love any better than that :-)

This product is more like a sauce than a spread, and I would have returned it if I could have. It's very runny, even after it's been refrigerated, and it's not easy to get it onto a cracker cleanly without using a spoon. Having made pistachio butter myself - which isn't easy because pistachios are very dry - I can't help but wonder whether they've added water or oil to it. I disposed of this jar by pouring it (yes, you read right) into my food processor with some ground pistachios and pulsing a little. The result is a stiffer butter that has more texture and is spreadable. The flavor is good, so buy this product if you'll enjoy it on sliced peaches, in ice cream, or in other dishes.

So smooth and absolutely delicious. Great for baking or spreading on whatever you like best. I made a pistachio cake and with pistachio Italian meringue buttercream and everyone loved how the flavor came through. I would buy this again. The price is also reasonable compared to ther brands that are not as good or are full of sugar.

It’s a quality product but it brings very little so it is pricey in comparison to other nut butters, but great taste and texture!
