Wow!
This exceeded my expectations. For the cost, less than $40, it is such a great way to keep flies, mosquitoes and other flying things away from our visiting or eating area. Used it for a get together on the 4th and everyone was so impressed. Stayed outside on the deck until late without anyone being bother by anything. Others mentioned it leaking, but we noticed that only happened if the base is over filled with water. Once it leaked for a bit, releasing the pressure, it stopped. It takes some doing to get it up by yourself, but I used clothes pins all around the edge of the umbrella to help me and it worked great. Couldn’t buy the mosquito netting for the cost of this item. Well worth it. Just give yourself some time to get it set up.

Has saved me from many bites so far this sunmer!
Net arrived fast and packed well. The most difficult part of using this umbrella is getting it up initially. I am 5'2 and did this on my own with a little ingenuity. Here's my tips:Zip it up first and get it into a circular form so that you can throw it over your umbrellaClose your umbrella completely and toss it over than pull the drawstring out so you have about 5 feet of string in length. Now open your umbrella about half way bring the netting up and over the umbrella and pull the string tighter until it stays on its own. At this point you can fully open your umbrella and it will stay and you can tighten and loosen the drawstring until it sits just right. Fill up bottom with water and position to your liking.I have had this for about 3 months now and can say that although it is a delicate mesh iflt hasn't ripped on me. The zipper hasn't been an issue for me like other reviewers have mentioned. I do open and close it carefully since I am aware this could be an issue but it's held up just fine.I got this and set it up before the pollen started falling and it got REALLY dirty, I tried to wash it off with a hose and it did nothing because most pollen got stuck between the drawstring and umbrella. Unfortunately the only way to clean it is to wait for it to be dry shake it out than hose down any residual once it's back up again. You have to fill the bottom for it to be effective and keep the zipper closed because if you don't you will find bugs get trapped in there as well as the occasional bird.My table is 5x3 with four chairs and it can feel a bit snug sometimes but I'm the only person who sits at the table daily so I positioned it so I have more room in the chair I like to sit in. I couldn't imagine seating more than four people under the netting it would be difficult. All in all it has truly saved me from wasps and mosquitos and I will be packing it up for next year to use again when this season is done. I do believe it will make it another year and will come back to update.

Good but…….
There are many 1/8 inch holes throughout the entire screen. Love the size of it and it works great. Just disappointed with all the holes, probably 20 or 30.

Wonderful product to keep critters and mosquitos away from your summer fun
I initially purchased this product because we have a beautiful backyard and we love to sit outside at dusk. We have a pool and the bats like to dip into the pool at dusk as well and it makes me nervous as they fly very close to our outdoor couch. The netting is study and you can place water or sand to weigh the bottom down but that wasn't necessary in our case as the wind is not a factor. We sit outside a lot more now that we have this in place. I read reviews on installing and they were spot on... two people make it a lot easier but you can do it with one person as well. Tip: make sure the opening is where you want it BEFORE you place it over the umbrella. Since we have had a lot of rain in the NE this summer we have more mosquitos than normal - this netting has been worth every penny. I would buy again.

Summer is Saved!
Super easy to set up. No holes in netting. No holes in water tube. Surprisingly roomy. Outside now enjoying a beautiful summer day, laughing at the mosquitoes throwing themselves against the mesh to get to me. One mystery: a small bird (Carolina Wren) got in the other day when it was completely closed up; still haven't figured out how that happened.

Leaks in tube
Love the screen! Would have been a perfect 5 stars but our tube that weighs Down the screen has several leaks and doesn't hold water for an HR. I have reached out to seller in hopes they will send us a new tube. The screen itself is very effective and keeps out the little buggers! Had a very wet spring in CO so we have had more than normal flies and mosquitoes this was our answer for our patio. Thankfully last night is was not windy so the little bit of water lat remained in the tube sort of held it in place. Really would like a replacement tube without having to return the whole thing.

Ok but, Had to buy clips and fill tube with sand.
The net seems fine, but mine came with 8 tiny binder clips (photo) to attach to the umbrella, that definitely could not do the job. The clips were constantly falling off at the slightest breeze. I had to buy actual tarp clips, that are made to hold actual cloth, not paper. And the tube that you’re supposed to fill with water, has holes all over and obviously sprung leaks when I filled it up. So, I had to buy sand to fill the tube, which was not easy. After all that, the net seem be ok.
