This device is somewhere between a gag gift and a rip-off. This is one of those things that does its job in such a sad fashion that it is almost fascinating to trifle with it just to see what it does.When it is not falling apart in one's hands, it is malfunctioning in a similar fashion but still manages to work in fits and starts such that one is almost compelled to see what happens next.Of course it was an entirely unrealistic expectation that one would actually be able to sew cloth and clothing with a plastic device that looks like very much like a hand-held stapler.This is priced at a level that causes one to seriously consider requesting a return. In fact, I still may after giving it one more go to see if it is I or the machine. If not I then bye.

You need to get one if you ever ever need to sew anything. That's something that I do NOT like at all, until i found this. this makes super much much easier. Just follow the instructions and there you go. You will be able to sew all sorts of stuff easily. I have sewed like 3 pairs of pants during the past day or two :)) It became some sort of fund. Amazing!

It has everything you will need to us it. Expect the batteries. But it’s ready to use. And it works I just need a little practice.

Received a used and dirty item with scratches and a jammed needle. I should have trusted the reviews. I needed this right away and had to find locally. Returning.

I’m left handed and it just didn’t work right being la south paw.

There is no instructions with it. I assumed it should be easy enough as it came threaded already. Nope it will not sew. I have watched so many videos and they all show the same thing. Put material in and sew. Except mine does not sew. Acts like it is but take it away and nothing. So frustrating 😫

Never used any type of sewing machine before and I wanted to be able to hem my own pants etc. Bought this kit. Found the instructions lacking so I searched YouTube and was able to find a “how to” video for this exact model. Excellent step by step instructions. I didn’t practise at all and went straight to hemming a pair of denim. Was super easy and I’m happy with the results. I would recommend this for a beginner

The battery cover was delivered in unassembled. The pins where not it The groves. I had to open all screws and align the cover properly. I just imagine any other person less technical would just be annoyed by this let alone fix it. It's not fair. I fixed it myself but no one deserves this from a "best gift" it's just not right. I maybe just one person to see this but hey, it sucks. It would be nice if it came with batteries as well.

the portable sawing machine does not work properly. waste of money. will not start sewing if the material is thicker then a t shirt. forget about doing thicker pants or jeans. will not work. big waste of money

Works but it’s complicated for me, I need more practice, it’s hard to make it straight, I wish that it’s come with more instructions to follow, not easy to use, maybe because I’m new to sew 😅
