1 month update:I've been using this off and on for about a month now. It still works well. The ear piece is a little uncomfortable for long periods of time (hours, but not bad. Again, I wish the silicone ear piece was better. I tried to put a different one on from a pair of ear buds, but that was worse for fit.I have it paired to my computer for Zoom calls and to my phone for phone calls. It pairs and connects to both at the same time without any issues and very easily. I was on a Zoom call this afternoon when I received a phone call. It switched to the phone call right away when I answered. As soon as I hung up, it immediately went back to the Zoom call. Very seamless.For the price, I find it to be a GREAT value. It's not Plantronics, but Plantronics is also quite a bit more expensive.This isn't a Plantronics, but it's also not the cost of a Plantronics. The noise cancelling does great. My wife has complained about every other headset / bluetooth solution I've tried. When I asked her about this one, she didn't even know I was using it. Her only complaint about the sound quality was that the volume of my voice was sometimes very quiet, sometimes overbearing. I hadn't changed the volume of my voice, but I had changed the level of background noise.My only real complaint is that they chose a different style of silicone earbud than most earbuds use. These are much more flat and don't sit in your ear very well. I'm using the largest one that comes with the headset and it still doesn't fit very securely. Overall, I think this is a good product. There are quirks, but I'm not sure how much of that is due to my aging computer system.The design is clever, allowing the user to configure it for us on either ear by rotating around two different joints. Because of these adjustable joints, I found this to be the most comfortable over the ear headset I have tried so far.I found the sound quality to be quite good as long as I have the earbud positioned correctly and I have it fully charged. Before it was fully charged, a lot of the sound was dropping out, but that's to be expected. It charges quickly with a USB C cable, which is included in the box. The charging port cover has a very thin attachment, so I think it will be very easy to break and wouldn't last long with a teenager. But the device would still be functional with an exposed charging port if it does break in the future.I am using this to do online language lessons. The audio works pretty well. The microphone works about as well as the built-in mic on my Bluetooth speaker and other earbuds with microphones, but is more convenient because I don’t have to lean toward the mic for it to pick up.The biggest quirk is the headset is finicky about connecting to Bluetooth. Sometimes it shows up in my audio options as "Headset (K15 Hands-free AG Audio)". If I have that selected, the microphone doesn't work at all. It's only when it shows up as "Headphones (K15 Stereo) that I can use the microphone. When I connect the headset, I may get one option, both, or none at all, even when my Bluetooth says the headset is connected. But connecting to a different computer was easier, so again, may be more of problem with my system.I did receive this product as part of a review program but my opinions are my own.

Fits nicely over the ear. I also wear glasses and this was comfortable with them and without. I've been using the ear piece for a month now for work. I like it has the option for mute directly on the device. There is an automated voice that tells you if your turning mute on or off, with beeping intermittently as a reminder. I'm not a huge fan of the beeping, for example while on a video call where I may be primarily on mute the whole time. Although all and all a nice product. I have only used this during video call presentation and have not tested it walking around.

The sound quality is pretty decent. Microphone seemed pretty good as well. But, this can be personal, the hook and earbud don't provide snug fit. It's always loosely hanging on my ear, which decreased the efficiency of noise cancellation. I can never get the earbud properly stay in my ear. I've tried all sizes of plug, still got no luck. Too bad I've used it a couple times and can't return it.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this headset, but this has quickly become my favorite headset. The multiple tips for the earpiece should make this truly one-size-fits-all. It stays in when I run, and no I didn't buy it to run with, but there's no bounce. I can hear everything clearly and I haven't had any complaints from anyone about not hearing me clearly. All in all, I like this headset a lot and would recommend it.

Uncomfortable ear pieces and people complained that there was too much noise coming from other parts of the room. I'll update this if other's opinion changes. It's been very difficult to keep the earpiece inside my ear and i've tried both sides. Perhaps i just need a new ear piece but most importantly is just the OK sound quality IMO. I'd probably look elsewhere or spend a little more for a one ear headset with boom mike as it seems to pick up everything, including your voice.
