Pedestaled Spode Mug
It initially bothered me to see this Spode mug made in China, especially being a collector of Spode pieces. This is the first time I’ve seen a Spode mug on a pedestal. I must share this footed mug is beautiful & beautifully made, it’s a quality piece. The design, the colors are all there like the Old English Spode. I love its clear detailed design. The mug has a very smooth finish all around & unless my eyes are deceiving me, it’s shinier than the English Spode. It is nice to know that in this day of technology, this mug is freezer safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. It also sits well-balanced on the table. There were no chips, cracks or lines & the handle is comfortable to hold.

Well designed
I like everything about the design of this cup. I wish I could get a spring version. It's thin, light, and elegant. Makes for a special hot drink experience.

True Spode Quality
I have a collection of Spode Christmas Tree, but not this mug design. It just begs for hot chocolate with whipped cream. I bought two so I could make sure the Made in China quality is as good as the old Made in England pieces I have. These mugs are beautiful in person. Actually they are shinier than the older pieces but they blend in well. Will be adding more of these mugs to my collection.

Good quality footed mug
There's nothing to dislike about these footed mugs. This is my favorite style when it comes to coffee/hot cocoa mugs. Especially in a Christmas Pattern! It adds an elegance that just can't be matched in by any other style.
