Uvex S2500C-01 Astro 3001 Safety Glasses Worn Over Prescription Glasses, Clear Lens

These are really good glasses personally I got them for the corona virus and here is my detailed and honest review for this product. So I ordered a pack of 6 since I needed a few for my family and what not, and upon arrival they came in this small and simple packaging which I didnt mind since it was very space efficient. Upon wearing these glasses I was pretty dissapointed since the description says you can wear ontop of other eyes glasses which you can by the way except that since I use prescription glasses im forced to use them and once I put them ontop of my eye glasses they feel pretty uncomfortable. Not to mention it doesnt cover the side of your face there is still a gap (wearing them ontoo of other glasses) i also didnt like the fact that the glasses arms cant extend more I find it quite annoying how short they are. Now these glasses without having them ontop of other glasses are absolutely perfect. They feel extremely comfortable, cover the entire side area of your face and just feel great overall. That being said if this product wouldve fit with my glasses well I would rate it a 5 stars but since it doesn't I'm going to have to rate it a 4 star just because I'm feeling generous otherwise itd be a 3 and a half star. Still a good product and do recommend it since its price is unbeatable. Hope you enjoyed my review cheers!

I needed safety glasses to fit over my prescription glasses at the shooting gallery. These fit comfortably over my Rx glasses and do not distort my vision when shooting. The price was very good. I like the fact that they can be adjusted. My wife has her own pair and they fit her as well.

So background on me and shooting range glasses...... never found a pair that I could see through. Just received these today and wow crystal clear and fit over my glasses without even knowing they are on. Crazy comfortable. I wear a pretty good size pair of bifoculs and not an issue at all. Don't hesitate in buying these they are perfect!

They’re not bad glasses- but the first time I used them, I had a hot bullet casing bounce behind these glasses and got stuck behind my normal glasses. I burned my face. Less than one inch to the left and it would have burned my eyeball. Were kind of hard to get off with ear protection on in that moment of crisis.

The best pair I found for "over glasses" use. They are comfortable, and have more adjust-ability than any I have ever seen. Bought a second one for my wife. While they may be tight enough, I still wear a strap to keep them on my face when I bend over, just in case. I highly recommend these.

These glasses are marketed to go over prescription eye glasses, which is the reason why I bought them. But after one use, I realized that I had wasted my money. The glasses are loose and kept sliding down my face, which cause them to press down on the bridge of my nose and against my prescription glasses. I had to endure a 3 hour chemistry lab trying to do my work, but also fidgeting with the glasses to try and make them comfortable. I thought maybe it was just a feeling I needed to get used to, but by hour 1, I realized that the glasses were just not made properly.So I set out to return the glasses and get some new ones, but I found out that they were not eligible for returns. I really wanted these glasses to work, but they were truly a waste of my money. I am very dissapointed.

The directions/instructions for these glasses are printed INSIDE the box it arrived in. The box says, "Tear along this edge to read important warnings and instructions on inside panels." So if I tear open the box, this will result:1. I won't have a box to store the glasses in since no carry case accompanied the product.2. If I tear open the box, how in the world would I then pack it if I wanted to return it?This is the weirdest product information I have EVER come across. I don't recommend buying.

If you wear prescription glass then these are for you. I work construction and recently spent a large sum of money on new glasses. I wanted to make sure that I did not damage the lens when using tools like a grinder or metal chop saw. The Uvex glasses fit nicely over my oversized prescription glasses. The best thing about them is they are almost indestructible. They don't ever seem to scratch like the ones from the big box stores do. They are one of the best vales I have come across in a long time.

I am a nurse and we are required to wear masks & eye protection at my hospital. They initially supplied the eye protection but eventually they all started to disappear. I wear oversized prescription glasses so it was important that my eye protection fit nicely over top and these ones are perfect! They are actually the same brand as the ones that my hospital supplied. They are as comfortable as can be while wearing two glasses haha but they are definitely lightweight! I am very happy with this purchase and I would recommend, especially if you wear prescription glasses.

I have had a pair of these glasses for years but wanted a new one. I was happy to see that this exact model is still in production and available on Amazon. I knew that they would fit, important when buying online. The glasses are big and gawky-looking, but that means that they will fit over most glasses. They cover the eyes well, and have a return at the top to protect the space between the frame and the forehead. They have large temple returns to protect the sides as well. They come in a box, useful for storing, and the clear plastic lens is pristine.There are TWO adjustments you should know about and which enhance the value of these glasses. One is the adjustment to the length of the arms. This is important not only for comfort but to get the glasses to fit close to the face. The second is a 3-position tilt adjustment, noticeable in both temple return areas. This allows the angle of the lens to be set to one's face and preference for better protection at the top of the glasses or the bottom. Also to allow for higher or lower ear positions and to keep the safety glasses from contacting one's prescription glasses. It takes some force to adjust, but it is worth experimenting with the best setting for one's own circumstances.Good for anyone who wears reasonably-sized glasses, they would also be useful to folks who don't wear glasses (although you lucky people might want something more stylish). One more thing: my original pair, purchased many years ago, has a label stuck on to the end of the box which says it was made in U.S.A. It is amazing to see that the new pair has a label that says the same thing!

Quite like the product. The top is flushed to my forehead because the side arms are adjustable. Fluid will not splash into my eyes from the top. No pinch points. Fits over my large prescription glasses. The only minor complaint is the black bar across the front. My prescription glasses are black, so it looks a bit awkward with that black bar. And it may be harder to clean under the bar as it is movable. I bought these glasses for Covid-19. On the whole, very happy with it.

I bought this for covid reasons but it's huge on small faces. It fits, but I imagined they would be closer to the size of slightly larger glasses than full on laboratory goggles. You know, more low key and easy everyday wear. Maybe I'll use them for cutting onions or grocery shoppings only.

The safety glasses fit over the prescription glasses well, but tend to slide after wearing a half hour or so..
